Good location, but the hotel ia actually is a small part, the first floor of an old building, that needs reconstruction. The room was very cold. And smoking is allowed in Belgrad, so the smell is everywhere.

We only met a member of the staff twice in four days :/ however the communication via booking messages was great and they respond always very fast.

Nobody cleaned the room or emptied the trash for 3 days. Car parking in the streets nearby is not easy to find. Secure parking in the area is expensive and some distance away.

Location is perfect for pedestrian access to bars and restaurants. Interior is very nice and the available space in the room is more than you would expect.

Bathroom had a strong sewage smell, shower had no curtain so the bathroom floor would always get super wet after using it, no daily room cleaning service. Had to ask for toiletries to be replaced. AC was not fully functional but turned out to be okay because wasn’t too hot.

Wifi available but not working. Elevator available but not working. I had lot of heavy luggage so carried up the stairs one by one. If you have lot of luggage then not recommend. Place is not on the road so be prepared to carry ur luggage to the building and same when u need to take cab.

There is no free parking space. You can leave your car in the nearby park if it's a weekend. If not, then you have to pay to park either there or in the nearby shopping mall.

The location is perfect. The room is quite big. The staff is very polite. The bathroom is good and there are three towels available.

Firstly, we met a lady on first day who came to take staycation charges and handover the keys. That was the only day we saw anybody from the facilities in that apartment. They gave us very few tissue papers and liquid soaps for toilet use which were ample for 1-2 days at max and our stay was for 4 days. We had survive on our toiletries. NOBODY CAME FOR ROOM SERVICE DURING THE ENTIRE STAY OF 4 days. Infact, cleaning staff came on our check-out day to clean the room for next guests. They asked us to vacate the room before our checkout timings so that they could accommodate new guests with their tall claims. The management is not at all professional as I requested a receptionist of the same building (whom we saw handing over the keys to a new guest on another floor, after that day she disappeared like horn of a donkey), who promised that some1 will come and clean the room. However, no one came. Pathetic management.

We like the location at most, otherwise nothing was as per the promise what they did at the time of booking.

We did not get the booked and confirmed Comfort Double. We got a terrible standard room in the oposit building. TV did not work, Internet hardly works, dirty shower, wallpaper coming off the wall. They have cheated on us. Hardly anybody there in the reception to discuss a solution. One always has to call a phone number for somebody comming. Parking tariffs are a lot higher than indicated by the accommodation management (EUR 33 per day instead of EUR 16. The Lady at the reception cannot decide anything, always has to call her boss. One just does not get what you have been booking.
