Room service could use some tuning. We could not order drinks as the person answering the phone didn't know the options we asked about nor had a menu to check. It's a minor management issue, really. MTS-provided internet access was pretty poor, with speed tests running between 3 and 5 Mbps.

The fact that the outdoor pool was closed even after the June 20th because: "it is open during the summer season only". The summer season should have already started by the mid-June. However this inconvenience should have at least been specified and guest should be informed about it before booking. The front-desk staff should know that they are supposed to greet the guests at least once and definitely at check-in, as well as to inform them about the breakfast-dinner hours, give some basic whereabouts, directions and conditions of use of the hotel facilities. A smile once in a while wouldn't hurt them either.

Facilities are comfortable, new, clean and up to high standards. Indoor pools were clean and well-maintained. The girl who works in the pool area was welcoming, pleasant and kind, as well as the cleaning lady, very chatty, smiling and friendly. The food was was fresh and tasty. Cooks did great job. The restaurant terrace was pleasant and well-maintained.

We forgot that breakfast was included since we weren't reminded at the check in. So can't comment on that. Also, we needed to call specifically to ask for a wifi since it wasn't offered at the check in nor there was any reference in the room.

Hotel is very modern and the rooms are very spacious. Terrace to chill was a bonus. Car park was also available. We didn't use the spa cause the masseur wasn't available. Location is not immediately at the lake but it's not far. Check out a nearby restaurant "Kod Brke". You won't regret :-)

At dinner which was included in the price the only drink offered was plain water. Very loud music was blaring all night from some private house right next to the hotel building from evening till morning, I mean 2, 3, 4, 5 am and on. I think the whole town was listening to it. The windows were closed shut but it didn't help.

One of a couple decent places to stay when you’re visiting Golubac. I would recommend it for one night stay. Clean, neat hotel, parking, a pool.

I hoped for good rest and long walks in the fresh air, but it turned the opposite. The whole area was terrorized by non-stop day-night painfully loud "music" mostly from nearby private houses. At least two 48h long rave parties meant no sleep at night and no sitting on the balcony. No authorities bothered to protect the visitors from such torture, though it should be against the law. Couple of local people told me that is often like this (private cottage houses rented for such parties). Additionally, the whole place was littered with construction sites of new buildings. One has to cross through clouds of dust to get to the lake. The actual walking path by the lake is very short, seems less than 1km. The most you can do is circle it up and down by cafes and restaurants. Regarding the hotel itself, apart from its unfortunate location, it is not smoke-free, but rather has dedicated areas (best spots) for smoking. I could notice faint smell of cigarettes almost everywhere, in corridors of non-smoking rooms and even in my room. There was poor choice of TV channels. The wellness area (small indoor pool and gym) opened rather late, at 10:00 and there was only Finnish type of sauna (heated only upon request, but that could be due to low season).

Both breakfast and dinner were self-service buffet, the choice was wide, and the food was tasteful. The hotel was well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful (reception, restaurant and especially a girl who was working at wellness desk). I appreciated their policy of only 18+ in small indoor pool after 18:00 and I hope that it is actually being applied.

Ugly view from the room (construction site). We were rejected to have dinner in the hotel, as they had part of the restaurant reserved for a group dinner. No a-la-carte option.

Very good breakfast for 3 stars hotel. indoor swimming pool.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance from the beach. Facilities are great. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food is amazing!
