Too small breakfast choices, I’ve missed vegetables, fruits, joghurt. Blond unfriendly lady at the reception at the time of arrival. She didnt provide us with room we requested even it was free. We had to make booking reservation at the reception to prove her, she’s wrong. Finally we paid less with booking app than with direct payment to the hotel. windows were to the rush street but are very well isolated. But walls to the next rooms are NOT isolated at all. We have to hear lady talking noisy with guy from 02-04 in the morning. Terrible.

Nice clean rooms, modern and stylish. Great large bed. Nice clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpfull personell with one exception - lady with blond hair in reception at the time of our arrival. Great location practicaly in the city centre. Large terrace where you may enjoy coffee or baklava, enjoying perfect service. Fast and stabile wifi. Parking not on street.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for dining and activities. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Parking is a problem, no way to find it even it is just behind the hotel. The address of the hotel is in pedestrian zone, parking is the yard of hotel but the entrance is from the other street. It should be indicated or give the coordinates. Staff was so lind and helped to navigate me to there. However, such hotel should invest in the parking and make it better.

The position of the hotel is excellent, in the pedestrian zone, close to fortress, shops, restaurants, museum. The rooms are clean and nice.

We were in a part of the town where no alcohol was served, so we had to explore the neighbourhood. We breakfast was served in a cafe with a rather small menu and not even everything mentioned is available, so it may be better to choose your own breakfast restaurant

Back entrance from the private parking didn't look promising but the rooms are very very modern and nice. Good communication how to get there. Lot of cafes and restaurants in front of the hotel.

You might find some broken things in the room here and there: door knobs, soap dispensers etc. But the staff is super helpful and will certainly take care of everything.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time, still not disappointed. Good that they always have parking lots available, and the breakfasts at the Doha restaurant are superb.

Main lights were not functioning in the room. We could have called the reception to fix it, but we stayed for just one night, so it was okay. Also keep in mind that the hotel is located on one of the main streets with cafes and bars so it could get loud at night, especially on the weekend. Also note that there is no elevator, so the place is not the best option for disabled persons.

This hotel is probably one of the best options to stay in Novi Pazar. The location is great, right in the city center. They have breakfasts (which are delicious) at the Doha restaurant next door, but you could also take a walk as there are dozens of good restaurants nearby. Their parking is not that big, but it's quite okay for such a small hotel. The room itself was very spacious, which was a nice surprise.
