It''a 1 ☆ ethnic village, so you can't have champagne taste on a beer price! You get more than you pay for, so no negatives, because I choosed this knowingly. I go there for the animals, the nature and the restaurant, not for the sleeping arrangements. If the sheets and bathroom are clean, I am ok for one night!

I like this location, come back to it every year on our way to Greece. We love this place because the location is out of the city, the air is very clean, the owner and all the staff are very nice and do everything they can to help. It's an etnic village, with farm animals, this is what we looked for and that is exactly what we get. A great time outdoors for some spoiled kids that see animals usually on tv! The food is amazing and yes, it takes a bit of time to get it, but that's because they are not heating it, they are cooking it. More time to play with the poneys and the rabbits!

The hotel is in nature. Great for cycling and trekking. The meals are delicious. Hotel staff is amazing. It would be great if the room was a little cleaner. He definitely deserves his money. Thanks for everything.

The place is just 10 km from Vranje, very comfortable and cozy, the owners are super nice and helpful. And the animals are so cute and friendly. The food is very tasty and cheap. Nature around is beautiful and calm. And sunsets are spectacular.

I could use an electric kettle in the room, but I knew that before I booked...not a deal breaker!

Third time we stayed there and it wasn't the last for sure! The rooms are ok, you get what you pay for, you can't expect 5☆ when you pay for 1☆. We go there for the kids' fun, the fresh air, the very good food in the restaurant, the animals and most of all, the kindness of the owner. Each time we stayed only one night, so we didn't spend much time inside the room, only in the farm outside and the restaurant. Inside, we had what we needed: clean sheets, hot water, comfortable beds and good wi fi. Even there was no fridge in the room, they helped us keep our kids' food cool, using one of theirs. The food is great, but be careful how much you order, serbian portions are huge, even if you really try, you can't eat so much!

If food was just a little bit more tasty, I doubt that I can resist 😉 On the other hand, nothing serious. Squirels can be noisy at the night, woke up my wife once...

Location is excellent. Pure nature. Unique feeling among autohtone species. Rooms are specious enough, clean. Food is great, especially hand made cheese and 'urnebes salad'. Kindness of our hosts are beyond imagination. You are more than welcomed and can easily feel that they not just want you here, but want you to spread a true word of this little piece of nature in harmony with people. My kids woke up and theirs words were: "When we'll come back!" That's enough...

No hot water. The music of the restaurant was playing all day long and quite loud.
