Pool was not working,nobody informed us about that when we booked. Children expected that,and they was disappointed because we told them that we will have the swimming pool. There is no parking space reserved for guests,you must park on the street in front of the building.

Everything was ok,it is clean,comfortable,rooms are very nice. Spa is great,small but just enough for a family to relax,you have 1h a day,but it is your private term,and that is cool.

A bit difficult to find since thera are no signs that says Exclusive spot - only Zen Hotel. There was no way of covering the window so it was light in the bedroom early in the morning.

Parking is public so it's not easy always to find a spot. Spa costs additional so it's good to have that in mind.The place is far from the city center so it's better to book it if you are coming by car.

The owners were really nice and the spa is private for our room. Booking spa can happen in 30min which is great to match our schedule easier. There is possibility for breakfast, massage and drink within the hotel which is next to apartment (additional charges)

At least a small refrigerator in the room was missing, since many people stop here in transit from-and- to the other countries of their vacation (I know that the refrigerator is not listed in the descriptions, so this is more of a tip). Not sure if just an overnight stay is worth the money you pay. However, probably, if you use the spa and pay separately for breakfast at the hotel (reviews about their breakfasts are very good), you will get more pleasure.

The staff of the hotel, which is located right in front of the apartments, was helpful and tried to help.

We paid for a Triple deluxe room that was supposed to have a queen bed and a sleeper sofa so my friend and I didn’t have to sleep together but instead we had a very small room with no sleeper sofa. Also advertised to have wifi, but no wifi in the room. Also, it was very difficult to find.

It was clean and everything is new. Nice private area outside the room by the pool.

Osoblju bih samo obratila paznju na odvod od tus kabine, slabije odlazi voda prilikom malo jaceg mlaza.

Osoblje vrlo ljubazno. Apartman topao i vrlo cist, za svaku pohvalu. U apartmanu je sve novo i funkcionise besprekorno. Lokacija je stavise odlicna, s obzirom da na mapi deluje da je poprilicno daleko od centra. Autobusko stajaliste za liniju 5 do centra je 5 minuta hoda od smestaja i voznja traje samo 10 minuta. U okolini je Maxi, Beni, apoteke, brza hrana, piljare, kafici, sve sto je potrebno.

Well first of all you have to know this is a part room from a hotel, so basically this is a room into the hotel but separate from the hotel, it belongs to other owner aside from the hotel. On booking its mention that he has a hot tub and jakuzi included with the booking no additional charge and when i arrived there he told me its additional charge but in the end he was good to let me use them for limited time and he mention to me that i can use even the swimming pool. So i use the jakuzi and sauna and when i wanted to use the swimming pool he told me ITS ONLY FOR KIDS and its busy, wich it was not okay at all. From the hotel reception the staff working on that shift when i arrived they told me that the coffee its complementary and i can get any time i want so the next day there was a different staff a girl wich she gave me a coffee and make me pay for it, before she called him asked him once she hang the phone they make me pay for the coffee. I was honestly thinking of giving him great review but in the end how he behaved with me very unfriendly and especially when he told me i cant use the swimming pool its only for kids (even i have seen adults people using it) and make me pay for the complimentary coffee that they told me, so he doesn’t deserve that.

We couldn’t enjoy the pool as in the first day of our stay it was not ready enough(temperature was low) to use. Even though we expected that we could use it-after we discussed this in advance

There was a disgusting sewer smell coming from the toilet drain that fills the room. Actual owner of the otel was not available. The person who meet with us was the employee of neighbor otel.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not bad.

For start the room was in the basement of zen hotel and my guess is the rooms were meant for hotel zen's workers. They use zen hotel's reception and breakfast and they claim they don't have anything to do with zen hotel. On our arrival the owner asked to be paid in cash upfront. The room had a very strong smell of mold and was very dirty. We even found a condom wrapping under the bed along with hair and dust. The room only had a window without a curtain and the morning sun would wake us 5 in the morning. The owners of the rooms were nowhere to be found and we had to reach them through zen hotel's reception. I never got a receipt for the money I gave them. * Update After this review owner send me a message threating to sue me for defamation. I really hope booking will deal with this situation

The reality is different than the pictures! The smell in the room was not good, the parking was not secured enough " street parking", swimming pool was not working, the room is part of the owner home itself.

The location is close to bus station, its nice and calm region. The room is perfect, luxurious and really worths it. The owner is really helpful and nice. I highly recommed this place.
