You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SpainThe breakfast was just egg, ham, bread and coffee. No c-vitamins. The staff and customers where smoking indoors, I have asthma so I have to start take medication because they where smoking in the lobby. I ordered a transfer from the airport in the middle of the night and the information they sent to me was not correct. I got help from a taxi-driver to call the hotel and finally my private driver came to me. The toilet did not flush so well. Needed to fill the wastebasket with water from the shower and use it.
Good price for the hotel and the transfer. A very nice man was driving, who also took me back to the airport 3.40 in the morning. The room was big and the bed was good. Located in the center not far from the bus station. Feel safe when it´s staff there 24 H. All people there was helpful and I felt very welcome.

AustraliaThe sewerage smell. The heavy smell of cigarettes in the reception area and corridors. The frosted glass window so you couldn't see outside. The poor lighting in the room. The very dirty stained toilet ( in both rooms I was in). The tv reception cutting in and out
All the front desk staff were all helpful and pleasant. I had a change of room after I checked in because of the overwhelming bad sewerage smell coming from the drains.
