Very small and hot room. Didn't like the bathroom glass doors - you can ear everything a person does there and even see it.

Stained carpets, broken shower, some smell in the room. It would easily get much better reviews with just some new carpets in the rooms and lobby.

The hotel's lobby is in an old building on level 5. Sadly, at the time of our visit, the lights were not working at the entrance of the building, so you had to walk into the building in the dark. Additionally, the smell of cigarette smoke from the cleaning personnel has made it into the lobby.

The location cannot be faulted; the hotel is right on the centre square, and as soon as you walk out, you are surrounded by restaurants and shops. From there, you can walk to all the sights. The staff were accommodating and nice, and the room was well equipped.

It's not a 4* hotel. There are rooms in a building on the 5th floor. The building looks like an abondened place. Unlike the rooms, the building is very dirty. Since the building is not owned by the accomodation company, the staff is not responsible from the entrance which is understandable. We were scared to get in at first. Until we saw the room, we were discussing to go to another hotel and give up our payment. It was the only disapointing part about our stay.

Location is perfect. Right at the center and it's walking distance to everywhere. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafes around the building. The room was clean and the housekeeping service was great. The staff was always ready to help. I will definetely stay here again for my future visits.

The hotel is on the fifth floor of an office building, there is only one working elevator for which one needs to wait for up to five minutes.

No parking, but there’s one 5 minutes walking from the hotel (it was around 13euro per day). We stayed for 3 nights, 2 of them the Wi-Fi was not working. The cleaning lady came every day for the trash, but did not change the towels. I would prefer it they were changed at least once.

Great location, good size of the room. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was new and clean.

This establishment deviates from the traditional definition of a hotel. It occupies two floors within a large, aged administrative building, notably lacking any external signage to indicate its presence as a hotel. While the rooms are aesthetically pleasing, they would benefit significantly from more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, allowing sounds from adjacent rooms to permeate easily, often revealing more details of neighbors' activities than one might prefer.

The hotel is located in the heart of Belgrade and you are at a walking distance from everything interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable.
