Very hard to fault anything in the hotel. But if I had to be picky, the children's play area is on ground floor, but there is no approach to it from ground floor. You have to go up to the upper floors and then take the stairs down to get to it. No big deal.

It's very rare these days that you can walk into a hotel that has the complete package. From the moment we entered the Hotel to the moment we checked out, our experience has been nothing but blissful. The Hotel is located very central in the town, walking distance to all other places one can visit. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, valet parking, super friendly and helpful staff, phenomenal facilities, beautiful and comfortable, clean rooms and finally a restaurant that produced great food. I highly recommend this hotel to any one wanting to get away from busy lifestyle and just take it easy.

Pomocni lezaj na razvlacenje je skripao i trebalo bi ga zameniti, jer je nocu bas uznemirujuce za spavanje.

Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno, od momaka na parkingu do sobarica. Sobe su ciste i prostrane, spa i bazen bi mogao da bude veci, jer moze doci do guzve, ali je sve zaista odlicno. Hrana u restoranu raznovrsna i jako ukusna. Igraonica za decu za svaku pohvalu, takodje.

The room has appeared rather small. Breakfast was acceptable but the choice of meals could be better.

The hotel is well located right next to the central park of the town. All facilities and common areas look well and fresh. Personnel are friendly enough.

Pleasant and positive staff. Helped us with anything and everything we needed. The food was great, the room was clean and really enjoyed the couple of days we were there, also the accessories(soap, towels, lotion, even a razer and shaving cream) were quite nice, didn't expect that many. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna, also we got a massage, it was quite nice. Overall a pleasant trip, would go there again for sure and I recommend it to all, especially to families.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

We liked everything. From Christmas decoration to food, room, spa, masagge, music in the lobi, recepcionist, staff in the bar and everywhere. The breakfast was mind-blowing and the hair-dresser too.

We really enjoyed the stay so there's no many things we didn't like. The only thing I would mention is the swimming pool which is not so big and area around it is really small so there's no enough sunbeds around it end most of them are located on the upper level of the swimming pool, not right next to it.

Best location in Vrnjacka banja. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is very nice and food great! There is a game room for kids (igraonica) with great ladies taking care of children, so. parents can take some free time.

Beautiful place with a lot to offer. Situated in the perfect spot to visit the one of a kind surrounding parks, restaurants and stores. Hospitality was exquisite and the food was not far from that. Wellness and Spa centre was up to par with the status of the hotel offering something to everyone. The room we stayed in was cozy and very clean.
