We are staying here few time a year. Staff is always great and maximaly at your service. All rooms are spacius and comfortable, with nice view of nature. SPA is the best in Serbia!! Good both for the families and couples without kids. Good variety of restaurants and bars, with great food and drink choices, suited for everyone needs. A lot of other activities that you can do, like hiking and bike riding.

The prices are pretty high, at the pool there is only unhealthy snack if you want to stay all day at the pool, so its not so convinient for short stay guests. We had unpleasent check in, as they didnt allowe us to enter the room exactly before 2pm. Usually in this kind of hotels (price range ones) there is an hour or even 2 hours possiblity to check in earlier, especialy if travelers are coming from a long trip like us. Hotel wasnt fully booked, so I can surely say that our type of the room was available. At the reception they could be more polite in that term, but I cant say that they didnt try to stay polite. Also charging the spa after check out is not nice, they could maybe give some time (exp. you can use spa and pool until 4pm or 5pm free of charge) If you come for one night stay to enter the room at 2pm with spa closing at 7pm and pool at 8pm and check out next day at 11am, with charge of 50% for using the pool after check out, its just waste of money, as you dont have time properly to rest and use facilities.

If you have lost of luggage or heavy items, the uphill walk from the garage to the hotel can be a bit challenging. Everything else was perfect!

The stay at the hotel was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was exceptional with something for everyone's taste including healthy and delicious options . The hotel's facilities were top-notch, especially the outside and inside pools as well as the spas. The gym was smaller in size but clean and well equipped. Not to mention the surrounding nature and lovely view from the room's balcony. There is also free parking for guests in a nearby garage. Overall great experience, looking forward to visit again.

It would be great if the hotel had a doctor available, we needed to travel more then a half an hour to the nearest Novi Sad since we had some issue.

The hotel is amazing and the spa facilities probably the best we saw in Serbia.

A little crowded at weekends

Great place to relax and enjoy the nature. Lots of activities for everyone (and children also), many swimming pools (inside ones are open till 10 pm). Rooms are clean and enough spacious, breakfast and dinner - everything fresh and various, good bars with local drinks. Cosy big parking, free for guests.

What was definitely missing was some kids entertainment after dinner - one hour organized soccer play or mini disco would have been nice. The food choice was reduced compared to our last 3 visits but still fine. The prices at outdoor cafes and restaurants were high, especially the ice-cream. Unfortunately the signature ice-coffee (frappe) that we loved every time we visited and even ordered extra "for the road" on our way back home was no longer the same quality - such a pity.

Perfect location only 1 hour drive from Belgrade. Ideal for families with children (pools, slides). Despite the hotel being full it was easy to find vacant sunbeds in almost all areas and there was no "crowded" feeling.

Garage is not located near the hotel building. On hot day it’s really unpleasant to walk to the hotel uphill. Additionally, both times i have booked via booking room, view from the room was not as expected.

There could be more elevators for a hotel of that size. Also, top pool isn't easily accesible with a stroller. And we had a bad experience with the staff on the wellness reception.

The resort is excellent for a vacation with small children. It is very clean, breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Water is warm and pleasant.

What I didn’t like is that the entrance is all the way up on a hill, there’s no nearby garage, and it’s very inconvenient with a stroller and all the belongings, and it’s not indicated at the entrance to the complex that we can drive up and stop in front of the hotel to unload our things and then park. There is no elevator in the garage, which is very inconvenient if you are with a baby. Also, there is no elevator from the spa center to the area where the accommodation is (from the street). Additionally, the elevators inside the hotel are very slow.

I Iliked that the hotel is very family-oriented, and everything is adapted for children, starting from the games during the day that are organized at different locations by the pools, to the part of the food that is for kids. The food within the hotel is exceptional, one of the best - a solid ten! The room is extremely comfortable, the beds are cozy, everything is clean, and the staff is kind. There are quite a lot of pools, and it's never crowded, but rather very comfortable

Firstly, the room that it rented to 3 adults is adapted to 2, including amount of coffee capsules, water etc. Also, although some of the staff was very nice, some of them not so much when asked for certain things. Moreover, being the 4 star hotel, personally I think that there should be gluten free corners at breakfast, especially if guests announce it in advance.

The resort itself is beautiful and very well organized. There are several pools and many facilities, so the single places are rarely crowded. Location is amazing, with beautiful views.

Somewhat pricey.

I and my wife had a fantastic stay and wedding anniversary celebration in Movenpick. The staff was very hospitable and prepared our room for the special day. The room was great - clean, large, with coffee machine, free-of-charge mini-bar and swallow nests with baby swallows on the balcony and a fantastic view :) Lovely spa. Nice breakfast. I recommend it a lot!

A high quality hotel, nice and friendly staff, perfect terme place. Outside pools are amazing, very clean and with gorgeous views. I also liked sauna world, but unfortunately, it is not allowed for kids. I can understand this for infants but 9-10 years teens can be rather quiet (though not all of course). Some outside activities in terme was closed due to the weather (+22 and cloudy), it's a pity we couldn't enjoy slides. But it didn't spoil the whole impression. An awesome location, perfect for walking around. Breakfast and supper was good, not above expectations, but with good products and well prepared meals. I would add the usual greek yogurt to the breakfast (maybe haven't found it). All in all, the place is highly recommended.

The room was top but the quality of works done on hotel is somewhat low, here and there you see cracks in walls, doors in bathroom couldn't be closed. On Vrdnik, In general i didn't like that it is a national park but you miss a proper hiking trail from hotel up, you have a small walk to tower only, to rest you need to take car and the condition of the other hike tracks were poor. Although bikes are for rental, the place doesn't have biking roads, and it is bit of a suicide to bike in Serbia on paved roads on this hill.... I heard there is mineral water, no mentioning of it. Hotel of this size should have on municipal level stronger position to bring not just the hotel but also the surrounding to western standards, because i was bored after 3 days....

Pools were awesome. Staff was nice and responsive. The room (we had the exec apartment) was the most luxurious room i have ever stayed in and i really liked it. Hotel was clean. Mini club for kids worked, chocolate hour, bathrobes, towels, etc, really good service. Did i mention pools? cool! Food selection was OK but, not bad, waiters were little bit overstretched...

It's not a minus, it's a little strange system. Dinner includes only free water. If you would like to drink something else, for example juice, you have to pay. But breakfast has free juice, coffee, tea and etc.

Everything was great! If you were here once, you would like to repeat it again and again. Hghly recommended!

There were no drinks for dinner other than water, I would love to eat that dessert with tea… only one key for pair of guests.

Nice clean rooms, a towel dryer, soft conditioning, beverages included, good wi-fi, I personally loved birds around the hotel. Pools and saunas :) Infinity pool is the best. Fine dinner and breakfast.
