Too many guests at the swimming pool. Probably many of them are not hotel guests but just pay the visitor ticket for the pool. This makes the whole pool experience underwhelming because of far too many people. This could be solved similarly to how Grand solved it - require reservations for the swimming pool with maximum 2 hours of stay. After that the staff can remove your towels from the sun-beds and make room for new guests.

Very close to Belgrade. Nice nature in the surroundings. Kids playroom integrated in the bar is a great thing for parents.

There was too much chlorine in all the pools, I got a huge rash and respiratory problems.

The food at Orchidea bar didn't meet our expectations. The beefsteak cost 3,500 dinars but it was oversalted and tough as a sole.

The room was exceptional! Everything is clean and there are enough towels for all family members.

The SPA area is so huge with lots of swimming pools inside and outside. There is also many saunas and salty room. You can go into the swimming pool with thermal mineral water and swim out enjoying Frushka hill view.

When we made a reservation for two double rooms, a couple in each room, we ended up with two double rooms, one guest in each room, for the price of 4 people. When checking in at the reception, we were told that the order was made incorrectly and we needed to pay another 160 euros. Actually, this is a bug on the booking.com website.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very quiet, forest around, fresh air. There are several swimming pools with warm water, a large sauna for all preferences. Restaurants in the hotel with varied and delicious food.

Dinner was not that tasty and the service around the dinner was not that great. Nobody would come to ask if I would like to drink something so I had to explicitly ask it at the checkpoint.

As a long time visitor, everything around the SPA was good as usually. I would perhaps suggest to put more hooks for towels around the SPA area but that's a minor thing :)

We were looking forward to using the outdoor pool, but the temperature is not warm enough, especially in the evening.

We were only like 30 minutes late for our checkout but were reprehended like some scholars. Didn't like that, especially after our second stay. It leaves a bit rotten memories, taking in mind that checkout is the last thing you remember about a hotel

This is our second stay in this hotel. As previously, it's clean. The hotel provides with wide range of SPA activities. There are many different saunas. We especially liked panoramic sauna. And we liked quiet much the heated pool which leads to outside - very unique and warm with picturesque views. The food is good. The room is also nice.

No toothpaste in a room until you ask for it. This was odd to me. The towels that you recieve at the spa level can only be returned there. I guarantee you will forget to return them up untill you have to check out, which is a hassle when you are in a hurry. You can see a giant gravel field with huge trucks on it during the day, which breaks the spell. Hope the construction will end soon.

The breakfast was great. It had everything and more. The assortment of facilities in spa was superb. The rooms were clean and nice. The location in a close proximity to the Fruska Gora hiking trails is the best feature to me personally. Me and my friends did an exhausting hike during the day and came to the hotel in the evening to relax after that, which was amazing.

All food and drinks outside the guesthouse are unrealistically expensive. Also, the food in the restaurant should be a little better.

Not all the staff are hospitable enough. Some people really put efforts, some would not lift a finger to help you (we arrived around 10:30, we didn't expect early check in, but it would be nice to give us at least a pass to SPA that was included in our stay, but no, they let us wait in the lobby almost 3 hours)

The hotel itself and SPA complex in particular are brilliant. My huge praise to a breakfast (included): a big variety of food, a lot of healthy options, very fresh, very tasty
