Pillows weren't the most comfortable ones at least for me but it was okay. Also if somebody talks in the hallway, u can hear everything.

There is nothing special that I didn't like here. Maybe I should mention that rooms are smaller than I thought and it is not comfortable if you travel with kids. Thay should fix electric lock on the entrance door, second lamp above the door in the bathroom and wash or replace curtains. This is just small and irrelevant details.

The apartment is lokated in quite and beautiful part of the city. Everything is close and this part is nice for walking and family attraction. Rooms are so clean and the host takes care of all the details like in big hotels. Everything is sterilized. In the anteroom there is a fridge where you can take drinks and pay later on check out. They don't have kitchen but you can order food from nearby restaurant with own delivery or via "Wolt" or "Glovo".

The internet’s quality was poor at the first offered room, but switching the room was available and the problem was solved for us.

Clean rooms. Great location: grocery shop, big green market, bakeries, nice restaurants are nearby. The hotel is in dormitory area, so it is quiet at night. The host is very nice and helpful. Our choice for the next stay at Belgrade.

= Unfortunately the guy at the reception is strictly a employee, not a real professional. If you happen to arrive by car after his working hours (that means evening or night) DO NOT count on the propertie-s parking, do it on you own on the streets arround till the next morning at 10:00. When his programme begins. Only then You-ll get the chance of the propertie-s parking (2 cars). We tryed to get him on the phone sunday afternoon and he rejected, we were asking about the parking. Not a single info. We did it on the streets with all the stress involved when first time in a foreign country. He was kind enough to send a message with indications for self check in ended with ”good night”. Otherwise he was ok. = There is a device (maybe AC unit) on the wall at the small room which is vibrating hard at night. You get used to it if dronk or verry tired. = The exhaust is not working, so the bathroom stinks. = Furniture not taken care of, doors blocked, the small bed is not stable. = No moskito net at windows, so open on your responsability. All is about room 12.

Position. Ideea with self check in is clever and usefull. Parking at location is perfect IF you get the chance to have access when you need it..

This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood and a good hotel there. The reception is not always manned, but this is not a disadvantage. I really liked that nobody bothered me in the room during the stay.

Parking and breakfast were missing even if they were included in total price. When we arrived , even I announced we will have to book parking for 2 cars , before arriving nobody replied to messages from Booking app, and in reality only one slot in parking was available, the other car should stay in public parking place and payment is done via SMS each hour, only 3 consecutive hour/SMS can be sent, then 1 hour at risk and then 3 more SMSs and so on. In the morning when we were waiting for breakfast to be served, no place for having breakfast or staff to serve/answer, so we took breakfast in town, even if was payed/included in the booking rezervation. So is not at all what says on booking, is only a place to sleep. No parking and No breakfast. Next time think twice before choosing this location to stay in Belgrade.

If you make an unlucky decision to pay at the property instead of through Booking do so immediately upon arrival when the staff are there. We were ready to leave at 9 am the next morning, but unfortunately there was nobody at the reception, so we couldn't pay and take the car from the parking. Finally, we called a phone number that was taped at the entrance door, and they arrived half an hour later at 11 am. We lost two hours from our precious time in Belgrade sitting and waiting in the lobby.

On the positive side, the staff were kind provided you could find them. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The hotel didn’t consider our wish to have a twin beds, but I believe that there were no rooms available.

It is great option for the price we paid. The room was clean, warm. The bed was very comfortable. It was quite and nothing disturb us. Breakfasts were not in the hotel, but in the nearest cafe. It was very tasty.

Tv channels not working, reception not working on the scheduled time (at 8pm already closed instead of 10pm), waited about 20 30 minutes to get the key for garage. Ants in the room, sink is clogged and isolation in the room is bad, so that we can hear people talking in other rooms.

The bed was comfortable, but a bit wobbly.

Location is great. There is an underground parking on site which is a must if you're coming with a car. To find a parking space in this area is almost impossible. The room and bathroom was clean and. No noise from the traffic.

I didn't check it beforehand (forgot completely!), and the room was a smoking room, and smelled heavily of the long-term smoking. It was the first floor, so it didn't feel completely safe to keep the window open when no one was there. Also, the heating didn't work, and the only way to heat the room was with the conditioner. The worst thing is that there was no kettle in the room or elsewhere, and it was impossible to make tea or coffee (which was promised in the description).

The room is rather pleasant by itself. It's clean. The location is good: Kalenic piaca is near, and easy to get to the center.

You are entering into the regular building, not Garny House, which was a little bit confusing. It should have a photo of the entrance on booking. The huge problem was that there was no heating at all, so it was really freezing. I asked and got extra blankets . We got an explanation by the stuff that there is no heating in the whole neighborhood?!? And one more thing Literaly next to the door of our room was reception.

There were a few issues when I checked in, some were addressed, some were not. The main problem was communication. When I entered the room, there was no hot water and the internal air ventilator in the new bathroom (a room without a ventilation window) did not work. The hot water problem was solved after 48 hours. The indoor fan was not fixed throughout my stay. Communication with the hotel was problematic. The receptionists were very nice but helpless in the face of the problem. My request to speak with a representative of the management was ignored. I should note that at the end of my stay I received a discount and was not charged for the first two days. At the same time, the feeling that there is no qualified representative who works immediately to correct the problems left a taste for defect. I hope the attitude will change. This is a very positive place.

Cleanliness of bathrooms can be improved a little bit. We also had a small water leakage (dripping) from the sink and the toilet valves. Nothing to be heavily noticed or worried about, but should be fixed for the future.

Amazing value for money Hotel in a great location. Super polite and helpful staff and hosts. Limited amount of parking spots available at underground garage. Lower cars might have trouble accessing it. Also street parking and another paid parking garage is available right next to the hotel. Rooms are great for short stays and sleepovers.
