The area where the hotel is does not really reflect the quality of the hotel. As I am not from that area I cannot say whether it is a safe area or not, but it certainly wasn't where I would expect to find a hotel of that quality.

The hotel Gracian has been newly refurbished. The accommodation is very sophisticated. After a mix up with my booking I was upgraded to a suit, which was fine, but not really what I needed. The food I had was very nice. The staff were all helpful and did their best to look after me.

Breakfast had a limited choice and only included one coffee. A second coffee was charged extra. One issue was the loud music played in the restaurant and outside terrace. Still playing at 1am and loud enough to keep me awake. It was turned down on the second night when we mentioned it.

The dinner food was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of parking close by

The hotel has 2 levels but does not have a lift. Climbing stairs with suit cases may be a problem for people. They work on it. Breakfast is modest but comparable with breakfast in hotels on the Balkans.

The hotel is new and has excellent facilities, including restaurant that serves very nice dishes of good quality. The matrass is really fantastic, comparable with matrasses in 4 or 5 stars hotels as Marriott or Sheraton. The hotel is located nearby the motorway. Ideal for a stay-over.

Breakfast could start before 7am. It was a bit fresh in the room in February but no adjustment by heating possible.

Nice new hotel. Restaurant in the entrance area, so no need to find another place for dinner. Room all good.

No assistance available for customers with mobility issues, no lift, no hand rail on stairs. glass partition on stairs has no grip so its only there to stop you falling off the edge .Bedroom door did not lock so had to get a real key from reception so we could be private during our stay. No control of room temperature, heating didn't work so room was cold, no air con or heating available , Weird things going on in restaurant , although this hotel says they don't take cash they didn't take cards in the restaurant , seems like there is something creepy going on, they pretend there is a card machine but its dead and looks like it never worked, this thing where they tell you to go look for a cash machine after the meal or on the morning before you leave so you you can pay cash ,they cant bill your room for your meal as they don't do room service, so they "billed us for many bottles of coke so we can pay for our meal ". this was so weird, it totally spoiled our stay

Great looking property very modern and stylish open a year when we stayed bed ok. Staff tried their best .
