Dinner could have been better. While there is ample choice and the food is fresh, quality is somewhat reminiscent of school dinners. I could go into details but don't have the time Spa centre is attended by kids of all ages. OK, they have a rule; no kids in the sauna but the pools are full of kids. Kids scream when they play, normal. Kids jump and run, normal. But Wellness is about zen, relaxation and peace. No such chance with kids being kids. The kiddy pool, with slides and water park features was, all the time we were there, unused. Why????

Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style set ups. There is always ample choice. Breakfast is OK, nothing galactic but decent and freshly cooked Rooms are luxurious and spacious. Tip for the hotel: mattresses are beginning to sag, they need to be turned over 180 degrees

Maybe the fact that you have to walk trough dining area to get to rooms or the fact that you have to walk a bit further in robe, if you are in Sky part of hotel in order to get to the spa.

Food was AMAZING, range of food and the fact that it was all traditional. Rooms were very clean and cozy Spa was great as well. Service too. They let us check out at 17h. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Ventilation system is very poor / absent, in new building there is no conditioning at all, food is worse than in other A-Hotels, like Izvor.

Really modern and nice looking hotel with amazing wellness and spa facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here, even on dates when we were there, and which were popular because armistice day and no school for few days, so it was packed, and still it wasn't really feeling like we are crowded.

I even don't know. Perhaps, it would be better to add some free drinks (juice, for example) besides water for a dinner.

The room was clean and fresh and quite spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food and it's variety is great and you don't need to think where you need to stop to have a dinner. It's very comfortable. The SPA was great - ver pleasant and refreshing pools, the terrace nearby, variety of bathhouses and of course jacuzzi. We wanted to visit the gym, but we decided to laze at SPA. The neighbourhood is also wonderful and picturesque - centre of Zlatibor is 10-15 minutes away. There is a gold gondola nearby (the most longest gondola in the World, by the way). We recommend to take swimming bikini and make a stop at Ribnicko Jezero (Ribnicko Lake). There are hike routes on Tornik Mountain as well (if you continue your path on gold gondola). The tickets for gold gondola were granted by the Hotel and we are highly grateful for that. We are also grateful for the possibility of later check out on Sunday (up to 17-00). We would like to explore this hotel and Zlatibor with Tornik in winter, in February. And we hope that a hotel will expand it's business activity and create a possibility for booking from earlier dates (with discounts for it). (now it's not possible to book February)
