Doble bed is actually composed of the single frame and two single mattresses, which is quite incovinient if you want to sleep in the middle or have baby like we do as we put her in between us during the night. We were told that all rooms are like that. There is no loyalty program or at least we were not offered any. Be sure to have a basic medicament travel kit with you; first night after arrival we had strong headache, and best we got from hotel is advice that nearest late night pharmacy is 30 minute drive from hotel.

Food is great, location is quiet yet close to the center, soundproof rooms in sky part of the hotel, lot of free parking space. Rotating restaurant at the top is not free, but it's cheap and worth experience. Pools and sauna are warm and causy, we went in the morning when it's quiet, afternoon is crowdy a bit.

Water in the kids pool should be warmer. Cleaning could be better. Playground should have more than one person working there..When it is full, there is no chance that one employee could watch all the kids.

1. Lobby bar works only till 23. The service provided in the smoking part of the lobby bar was bad. The table was not properly cleaned after the previous clients and there was still boxes of cigarettes, dirty glasses, wet menus,etc. and the surface was not cleaned everywhere. it was so strange to meet in quite a good hotel which has all the rest of facilities and services in a good and comfortable condition. 2. The tea set provided for free in the room had no sugar. 3. Breakfast has a good variety of the food, but for some reasons the food was not so tasty (IMHO:))

The rooms are spacy and comfortable, the balcony is big and a view is really good. I really like it. The sap zone is very nice especially in the morning when there is almost nobody in the spa center. I will definitely repeat the visit to this hotel. Check-in was fast, no comments to the services except the one I mentioned in @minuses@

Poor service sometimes, lack of experience and motivation (positive and negative surprises)

Great facilities, amazing food, perfect location but lack of professionalism. Some of the stuff needs serious training before, service in SkY Bar was super slow and unprofessional, just 3 receptionist in the middle of the season is unacceptable (queues were massive), bed sheets was not changed for 5 days which is unacceptable in 5* hotel. On the positive note Sladjana from kiddies soft play was so amazing and dedicated to do her job responsibly, a big plus for her and her fellow colleagues.

I am more than delighted. Best service so far in Serbia. They opened gym for us 7am, they were helpful. Bellboy took our laggage and was so fast, we didn't wait at all, didn't touch nothing. The stuff at the restaurant always how is everything, in the wellness they allowed us to stay after check-out until 5PM which made my day literally. On the reception they respect the notice, everything was so professional and to be honest I didn't see it Serbia until now that someone is doing the service on this level. You really invest in your employees and they were more than amazing. I felt like I am not in Serbia but in foreign country. I will come back again 100%

Water in the pools can be warmer, especially in the children's area. The pillows were not that comfortable - too soft. It would be great if there are options related to it. It is important to emphasize that we stayed at the Grand Hotel, as we later found out that there is a Sky Hotel that is newer and more modern than the previously mentioned one, and also we did not have the option of choosing a hotel on the Booking site. The location of the hotel is good, but everything around the hotel is under construction and it is difficult to reach the center of Zlatibor on foot, especially if you have a little kid or baby. The lack of sidewalks is a general problem of Zlatibor, but it is not something that the hotel can affect, this is just a note for the families. See you again in two or three years, when I hope most of the construction work on Zlatibor will be completed.

Great facilities, nice and varied food, friendly and kind staff (maids especially). We also liked the possibility of late check out on Sundays for free. The kid's playroom is great and also free for hotel guests. The spa is spacious and clean. The rooms are clean and in good shape. Sound isolation is also fine. All in all a good place to relax with the family.
