The rooms were run down with old carpet that felt cheap. There was no Coffee offered for breakfast. People were loud till late night by the window.

The ladies were nice when I checked in. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast, had some good options.

We have slept there only one night on the way from Albania so we cannot say much about this place. We recommend also ordering the dinner and breakfast. Good value for money.

Staff spoke little, but perhaps enough, English.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge, newly restored. Air condition and refrigerator was reliable. The location felt safe and protected. Wifi was fast and constant. Breakfast was rich and diversified. Location next to a gas station and a grill restaurant, or within walking distance to many good alternatives.

Small room,not so clean.There were towels just for one person even we were couple .Far away from the city.Honestly not value for the money.It’s ok just for one night stay.

A didn't like how small the room was, with a very dirty carpet. In order to open the small fridge we had to move the night- stand. The bathrooms were super nice, newly renovated but the rest of the room was still old ,dirty and depressing. Nothing like the pictures on the site.

It was easy to find qnd in a convenient location. Even thought it was nothing like the pictures, it's still is a good and clean enough place to spend a night in after a long trip. The staff was very friendly.

I don't like smoke, but in the hotel have smoking rooms, therefore inside of the hotel have bad smell for me. This smell come in to our room too....

The room is big, and clean. Bathroom is unique, and very nice. The restaurant nearby the hotel is excellent for dinner. Breakfast at hotel is correct.

Area and building seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't feel particularly unsafe. Took a bit of time to figure out why the refrigerator wasn't working, but we got it eventually. Hallways/public areas were a bit smoky (but the room was fine). Nothing major.

We just stopped by for a night in transit, location worked out. Extremely flexible with checkin - we originally planned to arrive between 21:00 and 22:00, but got delayed a few times due to travel issues. We let them know we would be there around 01:00 or a bit later, but ended up not making it until around 03:00 due to long border waits, but were still able to check in no problem. The staff at checkin obviously didn't speak any English but it didn't cause any issues. Room was fairly clean and spacious, and surprisingly we even had a decent-sized shower with rain shower head.

The room was dirty, old sloppy furniture, electrical cables hanging from the walls not looking safe at all. Lot of noise from the adjoining rooms, we could hear very clearly the tv, their voices or any move they made.

One of those places where rooms look much better on pictures than in reality. In summary, livable, but nothing special. Somewhat cramped, there was even a little bit of dust in the closets. I would not say the room was unhygienic, but there could be more effort to clean it. Also, the furnishings were some drab brown colour. Dear Gros team, liven it up a bit.

The staff is really nice. Rooms are serviceable. It is close to one of the best restaurants in the region.
