Location is next to the river, private parking, there are also public parking spaces available. New building, very nice done. Comfy bed. Mood lighting is present. most of appliances are remote controlled. Very nice. The host is great. Apartment is 10 to Central park and Nis forth. Very good restaurant close by Beli Bagrem. Recoemnded.

It’s a bit far from the center but I had a car so it wasn’t a problem.

The room was nice and clean with nice view. The host was amazing and was waiting for me despite I was late due to my flight. The secured parking was a very good option.

Čist, uredan, prostran i vrlo moderan apartman na 10ak minuta hoda od centra. Domaćini ljubazni i i preduzimljivi da izadju u susret svakom zahtevu. Vodili su računa o svakom detalju, već na hodiku se oseća prijatan miris, kupke, fen za kosu, pegla, tv, terasa… Kreveti preudobni kako francuski tako i garnitura na razvlačenje. Sve pohvale.

Extra clean, well equipped, the apartment is in like new condition. The host is friendly, helpful. We were completely satisfied with everything, we will definitely stay here next time. Free private parking.

This place is a 5 star hotel without the official stars. Amenities and location are top notch and on offer are luxury rooms walking distance to wonderful parks and the city center. It's right by the river btw. Probably the best price/performance accommodation in Niš. Stefan was very helpful with everything and very patient with us:)) many, many thanks 🙏

There's nothing to complain about!

Exceptional apartment near the center of Niš. Stefan was a great host and gave us tips for a restaurant, which was excellent and we would have never found it on our own. Parking is just at the building and the room was extraordinary clean. We were very happy with the accommodation and would stay there at any given time.

Parking was a little bit tricky but definitely not a deal breaker.

When we arrived, a friend of the host was waiting for us which was great. The private garage was great too, though parking was a little bit tricky. The flat was amazing, it was a brand-new building and the room was spotless.

We stayed at the beautiful apartments of Hany Sweet two nights.They are totally new apartments with nice technology inside also very very clean and whole building smells really nice. Its really helpful that there is parking there as it's very hard to find parking in Nis especially in center.The location of the apartments is the best with nice view of the river and like 400m from center Now about the owner what can I say about Stefan... amazing guy provides great hospitality to everyone very gentle and he really helped as with everything I'm really glad that there are still People like him and grateful that we met him Sure next time we visit Nis we will stay there again

The bathroom could be a little bit bigger, but at least you have enough space in the shower, the water has a really good pressure and you have also a hairdryer and of course clean towels.

Everything: Good communication with the very friendly host. Location easy to find and free parking on site. Clean and well equipped room.

Very clean room , with new furniture and little details that made the difference. We found water in the room and a mini fridge, We also found glasses for wine and a bottle opener and instant coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean and you had shower gel and shampoo, also some dish soap and a sponge. The host is very thoughtful he offered us some local beer and made sure our stay was pleasant.

Everything was really great! Stefan met us, provided parking slot and showed the apartments. He was very hospitable. The apartment was new, clean and cozy - we really liked it. On photo you could see the view from the apartments. We stayed one night and beds were comfortable for our family.

The helpful and friendly host Stefan accommodated us in a modern, cosy and well equipped room. The location was perfect for our one overnight stay. The room is perfectly clean and maintained. We will definitely book the room for our next summer trip to/from Greece 😉☺️
