This is a wonderful little design hotel in the heart of Belgrade, just a few steps from all the vibrant streets and attractions, but away from hustle and bustle. Everything is brand new and high-end, nevertheless I scored a great price! Besides the ideal location, I valued how quiet the room was, since I'm a light sleeper. Though there are no meal options within the hotel, one can find plenty of diverse cafés, snack bars and restaurants, just steps away. Last but not least, our host, Teodora, was wonderful and made us feel so welcome! Will be back!

At first I wasn't quite sure how to get to the room and went upstairs. So be careful - the hotel door is on the first floor to the right of the boxes.

The apartment is very compact but good for one or two people. Also the location area is quite convenient from the center.

You have everything you do really need in your room for the very reasonable money in the very centre of Belgrade. Since there are cafeterias and shops near the hotel, if you decide to eat outside or in the hotel, this is not a problem. The entrance to the hotel is through a picturesque courtyard.

There was a little fridge in the room, but didn't seem to work - water and drinks stayed warm.

Excellent room, very clean and modern and very comfy bed with good quality bed linen. Very compact room, well designed and good amount of storage space. Wifi was excellent and air conditioning worked well.

I honestly can’t think of anything that caused us any problem or upset.

The young girl on the desk (Theodore) was amazing and helped us with every request. I had 2 friends that had falls, and needed medical help. She helped us to contact the right people and endured as little stress as possible.

First, a big thank you to the amazing hotel administrator – Teodora, for her hospitable welcome, good travel tips "from a local", pleasant conversations, and beautiful smile that made my every morning sunny before I even stepped outside. Secondly, thank the housekeepers who made the accommodation comfortable and ensured cleanliness and order. And thirdly, a big thanks to the hotel owner for the concept, staffing, and design. I liked the design - it looks modern and ergonomic. The attention to detail is very pleasing. You can control the temperature in the room, change the lighting, and arrange everything in a convenient storage system. Finding the hotel is accessible; you need a big door decorated with graffiti, and then you will see the hotel sign. The location is excellent; it is near many places with delicious food and transportation. I recommend this hotel. I hope to check in again next time.

Brand new facility in the center of Belgrade. Walking distance to Knez Mihajlova street as well as other attractions in Belgrade. The space is spacious, well designed and maintained. Yet, since you are in the center of action and the units are street facing you can expect some noise which is normal if you chose to be here.

I guess I just wasn't sure if they had a policy to clean daily or not. To be fair, I didn't run out of anything, but other than the first night, I don't think anyone stopped by to clean while I was out (at least, not in the way you'd expect). I didn't ask but might be something to find out. This second thing isn't a bad point per se, but I do hope they eventually get permission/the opportunity to do something about the door. At first, when the cab let me off and saw the old brown doors with graffiti (cool in its way, see pics), I wondered if I had been scammed lol. Just not the image you expect, when you consider hotels vs low-end hostels. But then Teodora explained to me and everything was fine. Once you get inside, you realize there is a hidden gem inside haha. Ps. for the hotel staff - Something I didn't get to mention while there: It might be worthwhile to have the shower door checked. Water seems to get out somehow. Not terrible but it might be possible to prevent it somehow? Just an FYI :)

It's a new spot that has a bright future ahead! From the start, I got a good impression. Teodora, who was the person communicating with me via WhatsApp, was quite helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and helped with arranging a shuttle to and from the airport. She is also quite friendly in person. So is the guy who also works there (I just realized I didn't get his name). He was especially helpful when I needed something fixed in the room. There was a blinking light that was a little bit annoying when I wanted to sleep but he was super attentive and fixed it! I appreciated the quick response. The hotel is quite central, so you aren't too far from the heart of the city. It is also a comfortable walk, in either direction (at least half an hour), to walk to the Belgrade Fortress, Church of Saint Sava, or the waterfront, for example. It also helps that next door is a bottle shop where you can buy cheap but strong beer (also friendly people)! There are also nice affordable traditional (with better tasting food than I expected) and foreign cuisine restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Overall, I was happy with my decision to stay there and would stay there again! Ps. Yes, you can pay with a card there, and they are quite flexible/reachable if you come outside their working hours.

The room is very spacious, well organized and super clean. Even though the windows were facing the street, the room was not noisy. The hotel has a convenient location, close to most historical sites. There is a bog selection of cafes and restaurants close to it.
