Everything was nice.

I cannot thank enough the effort that Kaia (staff) put in to help me with my Serbian sim card issue. Everyone in the staff was truly kind and warm, the kind of person that makes you feel at home. The place is very well equipped, very clean and good smelling. Toilets are very clean, and everything was functioning perfectly.

The walls were rather badly soundproofed, every move in the room next to yours could be heard.

The stuff is suuuper friendly, uncomplicated and helpful. Location couldn't be better.

The walls are a bit thin, but hey, it's a hostel and it's not exactly expensive so it's all right like that ; some rakija can help anyone get over that kind of small problems, always available at the hostel bar !

Disclaimer : Kaya is unavailable for wedding, even if the most charming prince from Austria-Hungary would come drunk to the hostel to flirt with her when the sun comes up. Apart from that, the location is perfect in the center of the city, the hostel is beautiful and clean. Overall fantastic experience.

I was in the front room on the ground floor, so there was a bit of street noise. The street is pedestrian only, so it’s not really a problem, only if people outside are shouting loud.

Great value for money and friendly staff. The room and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend this hostel.

The Hostel is ideally located near the city centre. The check-in process was smooth and I met friendly guests. The kitchen was surprisingly equipped including a marvellous espresso machine! It suits perfectly young people looking for an affordable solution in a great location.

One of the best places I've ever been. I believe that the main point that makes the hostel so different are the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and cozy. One of the highlights is the living room, where you can cook, have coffee and have good conversations with other guests. The hostel is very organized and clean. Easy access to the city center and markets.

You couldn’t sit straight on the lower berth of the bunk bed and not all of the upper berths hav electric socket next to it.

I love the location, it’s close to nice cafes and restaurants, bakery, and Republic Square. And the staff were all so welcoming and friendly, they made efforts to make your stay pleasant.

Nothing to complain about. I loved my short stay at Iris hostel.

Everything was up to my liking. I was impressed the most by Slavko, the owner, and his colleagues at the reception. They're lovely people. They made me feel like I was visiting old friends. The accommodation was cozy. The rest of the guests were exemplary too. The place had a pleasant vibe; the location was fantastic. It's in Belgrade's Bohemian quarter, Skadarlija. The city's main square and pedestrian zone (Trg republike & Knez Mihailova) are a five/ten-minute walk away.

Social room's noise was reaching to one of the sleeping rooms, which might cause some people not able to sleep properly. Initially I was little bit bothered but then I joined the gathering and it was a good decision :-) People staying in social room could close the door to not to disturb others.

Location was central and close to downtown. There was a social room which helps to make solo travelers and other do networking. The staff was kind, they allowed me to keep my luggage even after checking out. It was a good experience.

The wifi was a bit patchy. I had to take a work call and I had to switch to my phone's hotspot when the wifi froze on me.

I loved the fact that how centrally located it is. Also, the dorms are quite spacious and not cramped. The staff was really helpful as when I told them there is no charging spot near me, he instantly provided me with an extension cord. There is enough common spaces. The bathrooms were clean and maintained. If you have a clean room and a clean bathroom, that covers the most of things you require.

Everything was great!

•Staff - amazing, super friendly, nice persons. They acted like we knew each other for a long time and offered a lot of help with everything. Apart from that, they also hanged out with us and gave us some good rakija. :) The business is new and they are doing great. •Location - city center, everything is walking distance away, perfect location. •Atmosphere - it feels like home. •Kitchen - has refrigerator, small stove, coffee machine, cutlery, mugs, plates, pots and pans - basic stuff you need if you want to cook or eat. It is a shared room, but it is never too busy. Few people tops. •Room - it was in the end of the hall, it had a private bathroom, so me and my husband had the opportunity to socialize, but had privacy when it was needed as well. It was not lux, of course, the acomodation price was low, so we did not have high expectations when it comes to estetics. Overall, good and cheap place to stay.
