How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The water at the big pool was not warm, and the smaller ones were overcrowded. The main dishes for dinner were almost cold as they were served at the beginning of the evening.
It was nice, but I had higher expectations from a 5-star hotel. Good service, nice staff.

Very old and poor gym - e.g., what is the point to keep equipment if it doesn’t work? This needs some investment in it, for sure. Big minus is that the lunch restaurant is a smoking one - and this is in a family oriented hotel?! We could only have lunch in lobby bar which is kind of ridiculous.
Very good recreational area with thermal pools, tasty food for breakfast and dinner, polite and friendly staff.

Excellent as always. Really good Buffett style breakfast with so much selection and great evening meals. For winter it’s awesome because of the thermal pools. Rooms are great and good value for money. We are regulars

Everything was amazing, but if I have to say something... hm...it might be good to have a shoehorn in the room and at least one more hanger in the bathroom
The food is delicious! There is literally something for everyone's taste. It is always freshly prepared and constantly renewed. As for desserts...oh my gosh! A paradise for all the senses! The staff is friendly and always ready to meet guests' requests. The spa department is like a dream! Big compliments to the management and staff!

Everything was great, staff, cleanliness, food. SPA is amazing. We've been here 10 years ago and twice this year, they certainly kept the good quality. I can recomend it for couples (young and senior) as well as for families. For sure one of best hotels in Serbia.

Not very much food for breakfast and dinner, quite average food quality. No dish of the day, very limited breakfast options. For launch I’d recommend to visit some national restaurant closer to the mountain. One of the rooms in therm complex was out of order (hamam). There are two restaurants a la carte, but in fact the menu is all the same.
Very helpful staff, from reception up to waiters and house maids. Nice pools inc. two hot ones (though the T seems to be the same in both of them). A parking spot is available and the portier can park/get your car at will for you. A big park with weird statues is right in front of the hotel.

Expensive drinks.
Very good hotel with friendly staff. There are three indoor pools with different temperatures of 30, 36 and 38 degrees Celsius, jacuzzi, steam bath, relaxation room, Russian sauna, Finnish sauna, fitness room, bowling alley, etc. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent, versatile and very tasty. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back again.

Only one recommendation but very minor it would be nice if toaster was on continuously during breakfast you had to wait for it to heat up each time which is an inconvenience
The hotel lobby was beautiful The rooms were comfortable Dining room was spacious with a really wide selection of food on the buffet table and the food was very good The spa services were amazing (massages.facials) pools were great And last but not least the friendliest staff from bell hops to parking attendant to receptionist to food staff to spa employees everyone was exceptional an did there jobs with a smile made you feel welcome
