We liked the room ,except the idea with the bed with no space between the wall and bed.It is a little bit complicate for the persson who sleep nearby the wall and window .The room was clean ,but a container for garbage next to the building will be helpfull .

The owner was kind ,helpfull ,the price was the one we booked .I write this because in Belgrad we met 2 persons who complained about their landlord who changed the price when they arrived at the hotel .The position is very good ,close enough, 1.5 km ,by the city center .Good idea to change the destination of this building ,it remember me the office of a construction company where I worked for in 90....in Romania 😃😃😃

Great property, Andrej is a wonderful host, gave us excellent suggestions for our time spent there. Will surely come back. The room was very clean, furnishings were nice, the free parking was life saving (Belgrade center is a very tight and busy place). Also the property is 10 minutes away from basically everything you would want to see/do in Belgrade with the bonus of being somewhat hidden from the busy main streets.

The Outgoing nature and super helpful friendliness of Andrej the owner. This guy was fantastically customer orientated. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Any requests we had he did his best to make sure they were met. He was very kind courteous friendly and outgoing. Even offering to take us to the airport as we had left ordering a taxi to the last minute and had trouble getting one willing to take us. Also the property was very clean and the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities we required. The presidential suite is well worth it for an extra bit of pampering at reasonable price. The location is also very convenient as it’s only 10 to 15 minutes walk to castle and old town and there are plenty of great restaurants, shops and cafes around everywhere close by.

Immaculate and great finish! You can tell the owner has pride in the property. The owner is a very nice guy too. This place is brand new and if you do come across any little issues (which I’m sure you won’t) you have to bear in mind that all new businesses have teething issues. Speak to the staff, they will more than happily help you. Parking is on site and secure. Great stay!

Iva Old Town is truly a little gem, perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood, offering the ideal position to be close to Belgrade's main attractions yet far enough to escape the rush and city sounds. There is free parking included, conveniently located right in front of the property. Everything is cozy, clean, and equipped with modern appliances. For instance, the air conditioning is refreshingly clean, controllable, there is stable, fast Wi-Fi and the shower is actually very 'friendly', temperature wise (you know how that can be a thing to ruin your stay :) Everything was consistent with the promises made on Booking. Host Andrej was genuinely friendly, making us feel at home without being intrusive, and he was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Overall, we are certain to return, as our experience exceeded our expectations. We warmly recommend booking with confidence!
