The Outgoing nature and super helpful friendliness of Andrej the owner. This guy was fantastically customer orientated. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Any requests we had he did his best to make sure they were met. He was very kind courteous friendly and outgoing. Even offering to take us to the airport as we had left ordering a taxi to the last minute and had trouble getting one willing to take us. Also the property was very clean and the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities we required. The presidential suite is well worth it for an extra bit of pampering at reasonable price. The location is also very convenient as it’s only 10 to 15 minutes walk to castle and old town and there are plenty of great restaurants, shops and cafes around everywhere close by.

Immaculate and great finish! You can tell the owner has pride in the property. The owner is a very nice guy too. This place is brand new and if you do come across any little issues (which I’m sure you won’t) you have to bear in mind that all new businesses have teething issues. Speak to the staff, they will more than happily help you. Parking is on site and secure. Great stay!

Iva Old Town is truly a little gem, perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood, offering the ideal position to be close to Belgrade's main attractions yet far enough to escape the rush and city sounds. There is free parking included, conveniently located right in front of the property. Everything is cozy, clean, and equipped with modern appliances. For instance, the air conditioning is refreshingly clean, controllable, there is stable, fast Wi-Fi and the shower is actually very 'friendly', temperature wise (you know how that can be a thing to ruin your stay :) Everything was consistent with the promises made on Booking. Host Andrej was genuinely friendly, making us feel at home without being intrusive, and he was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Overall, we are certain to return, as our experience exceeded our expectations. We warmly recommend booking with confidence!

We were very happy with our stay in Iva old town. Andre was very welcoming & friendly when we arrived. He brought us water, coffee & fruit for our room & explained everything to us, door codes etc. Nothing asked of him was too much trouble. There was free parking right outside the apartment. The room was very clean with everything being modern/new. The area is quiet at night even though there are plenty of shops/restaurants around & was just a few mins walk to the fortress. I would definitely stay here again/reccomend it to people I know who may be visiting Belgrade

All new room, carefully organized and equipped. Great location. You are in 5-10 min walk of city centers activities and attractions. Few good cafe for breakfast also in 5-10 min walk distance. And very warm hosts. Definitely can be recommended.

A small point but towel hooks would be really useful - always makes me think a man designed the rooms :).

Cute little hotel in great neighbourhood. Andrej (one of the owners) was incredibly helpful, providing coffee and water for us and giving us restaurant recommendations. My husband was delighted with the bakery he recommended for getting Burek in the morning - it made his top 3 apparently! Our room was really clean and we were provided robes and towels. We could log into Netflix on the TV and importantly the aircon worked very well.
