Very small parking for the capacity of the hotel, not the best location if you plan to go to the slopes or if you go off season because nothing else around the hotel works

At the end of our staying a large group of Hungarians arrived and destroyed all the peace and zen in the hotel, restaurant and spa-every day and night.

Everything was great! Nice and very helpful staff, comfortable beds, spotless clean room, great food (plenty dishes to choose as a vegetarian) and a complete spa service in the hotel. We had a great full week staying here and will for sure come back. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Dining is not well organized…waiting in line to get in the restaurant. On top drinks are not served in the hotel restaurant. No activity - games for children over 10

We had great stay. Everything was exceptional, the food was very tasty and different every day. They have organized transfer to ski center, spa and attractions for kids. Definitely worth for the money.

I don't like that hotel guests have to pay extra for parking. It happens that the elevator is not in operation for a certain period of the day. The rooms are too hot even with the heating off. The spa should start working earlier. The pillows are not very comfortable.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The employees are friendly and ready to help at any time. They have a bus service to the ski fields every hour and the same service is free for hotel guests. The hotel has everything and there is no need to leave it at all, especially if you are with small children. The spa centre is really big and contained, with a special section for children. There is also an activity room for children with an animator.

Several times when we entered the room we could smell the sewage. The view from the room was not very nice.

The property and our room were lovely. The staff, especially at the reception and in the restaurant, were very nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The room was well equipped. We could use the swimming pools and spa which were nice. They organize mountain walks and we joined one which was very nice.

That adults can use kids pool, slides and dive into it, no lifeguard present,but kids are FORBIDDEN to enter adults pool, regardless if they are good swimmers and with their parents because "they are making too much noise for the rest of the adults". You are suppose to leave your kids in the kids spa, unattended, if you want to use the spa. Some of the front desk employees have no idea were they work and do not have basic info about the facilities or rules and conditions of the hotel. So if you are looking for info - better Google it. Lobby bar - employees lunch breaks varies, so no service due that time regardless that on the working hours break is not stated. For a first time comers, we weren't aware of this, so we got the rudest bitchiest explanation that they are entitled for lunch 😳 Too evident lack of professionalism and absolutely no family friendly hotel.
