My room happened to be on the ground floor, which ment I had to bear with all the noices people made coming in and out of the building.

The lobby has a distinct smell of fresh bread. Some might like it some might not. However there is no smell in the apartment. On the other hand, bakery is literally downstairs so breakfast is easy to get.

Close to city center, <50m, modern apartment with all the necessary facilities. Great location for a city center located trip. Owner was great, easy check in easy check out. I recommend.

Host was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Nothing. You just get the room no other services but still good enough for a few days.

the only unexpected thing was that the door to the bathroom was of matted glass and didn't have a lock. not a heavy minus, just would be great to be ready for this beforehand :)

nice rooms right in the city center, it had a mini fridge and a kettle, a hairdryer (although this one we had to look for). the location is really awesome, and I felt comfortable and safe (two locked doors with a key and a code on the way to the room). the host was super friendly and nice

* Bathroom would require some maintenance/refurbishment. Especially the smell from the sink was unbearable.

You will have to bring shampoo etc if you are not used to it and also there is no hair dryer. The municipal parking is about 10 minutes on foot and charges €10-12 per day.

Excellent point about the apartment next to a market and a croissant shop where there is a very kind lady. If I come to Belgrade I will definitely come to this apartment.

Perfect location (two blocks away from the main square, close to many shops and nice restaurants/cafés). Host was responsive and gave simple and clear instructions on getting inside. This is a solid choice for Belgrade and I'd definitely stay here again.

Although we new that the location will presume noise, we kind of hoped that we would get a room that will face the yard and not the street (maybe that wasn't even an option). Anyway, this isn't something that was unexpected, so we can"t blame the owner. :)

The room was spotless clean, modern, and quite large! The check-in/ check-out was easy, we especially liked the fact that you can check-out by noon (loads of facilities get you kicked-out by 10-11AM), so we had plenty of time to get ready and peacefully have a coffee in a nearby cafe, without taking the baggage with us.

The location od the apartments is excelent you actually have access to the City centre in 3min walk, there is a IDEA supermarket next to the entrance and other fast food and grill places around. Garage Parking is also near you can walk in 5min to the Oblicev Venac garage. Apartments are very clean cozy and have everything you need, Hot water is always available...

Thé location and ease of check in, etc. The location is very convenient for exploring Belgrade. Next door to small market and fun places to eat within walking distance. The pedestrian walk/shopping/main square 5-7 mins away.
