How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Friendly owner. Large apartment. Good breakfast. Nice pool area (employee said that the pool is cold at this time of the year, but seemed pretty warm for Northern Europeans). :) Thank you for tip on restaurant. Really enjoyed!

The staff is the highlight of this hotel: extraordinarily helpful with everything and makes you feel immediately welcome. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area of the town, the room is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

We had a pleasant stay for one night . Milos, the owner ,is a very generous person and so attentive to everything you need. Breakfast was fantastic ! Thank you for the good hosting .

Everything was perfect
The complex is extremely pleasant and well furnished. The studio is equipped with everything necessary for the comfort of the guests. The rooms are very clean and their size is enough for a comfortable stay. There is a nicely furnished yard with a swimming pool and the possibility to go take sun baths. We were extremely impressed by the responsiveness and attentiveness of the owner Milos. He picked us up from the city center for our check in and upon our departure, drove us to the car service where we had left our car the day before. Extremely kind and friendly to all hotel guests, he left an excellent impression on us.

An outstanding accommodation and staying at this location. Our apartment was perfectly clean and airconditioned. Breakfast was deliciuos and all products were absolutely fresh. Milosz, the owner, takes care of you and makes sure that you have got everything you need. We stopped at this location on our way to Vlore, Albania. When we had passed Belgrade our car broke and Milosz found a car mechanic and took us to him, he didn't have to😀 a guy fixed our car on the next day and with a few hour delay we continued our travel, only thanks to Milosz. Next day we checked out around 5 p.m. and the owner didn't want to charge us anything extra, it does not happen nowadays😀 As for the swimming pool, it is very clean and big, our younger daughter didn't want to leave 😀 we are absolutely impressed and we have never had such an experience with a hotel staying. We recommend😀

We only stayed there for one night but the quality of this stay was exceptional:) All the staff members were incredibly polite, they really took care of us! I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates hospitality at its finest:)

Area around was... A bit old let's say. But Apartments had a nice parking spot, so I felt safe.

Everything was perfect. The owners were very helpful and kind. They offered us free breakfast, wine and even ribs to taste them. The room was clear, spacious and building is new. There is a private parking. I am sure that I will visit this place again.

The location is fabulous: everything is incredibly modern, and luxurious, you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel, although the area and the road to the property make you not believe that such a wonderful hotel can exist. The staff is extremely kind, and helpful, they speak English very well and you feel like you have finally found a hidden oasis of good taste. They have absolutely everything you could dream of, from a real swimming pool to fabulous hotel amenities. The rooms are huge, they have a yard with garden furniture, parking, everything you could want after a busy day to relax and rest. Breakfast is very generous, more than delicious and personalized: a very cool chef prepares it hot especially for you so you can enjoy it hot! You feel like a luxury guest and we thank them for everything.

Excellent breakfast, great host and swimmimg pool which we could use even on our late evening arrival. Host could tell you a lot about landmarks and history. We recommend the appartment.
