Button for water heating in the bath has to be clearly marked or made so that it can't be switched off. We accidentally switched it off and didn't have warm water in the shower on the last day. As former Belgradian, other things which I don't like are independent of the accomodation. It hurts me to see that almost 30 years after the end of wars in former Yugoslavia, money is still exchanged on the streets in ugly exchange offices (banks take high fees if you pickup cash from ATMs), current city government doesn't care about facades, streets, air pollution, implementing rules etc. and you see lots of poverty on every corner. Anyhow, many good people are still there and food is still good. Also sad to see many russian refugees but we had great breakfast in a newly opened russian cafe/bakery around the corner.

Great location, strategically positioned in the center, close to all attractions, cafes, kafanas, shopping, main street, republic square etc. New furniture and bath, nicely designed. Overall great value for the money. Easy communication with the owners and host Gordana, she welcomed us with sweets, snacks, coffee and organized taxi to the airport for us. Small private balcony is there for a coffee or a drink and to enjoy sunset in the quiet inner yard. Safe double door to lock the appartment.

The apartment was absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable; it had everything we needed! It was spacious, stylish, modern, and boasted high ceilings. Equipped with floor heating, a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, a spacious shower, and cool lighting throughout, it truly had it all. Situated centrally, it was just a short walk away from numerous excellent restaurants and bars in Stari Grad. Staying in this apartment made us feel like locals, and the communication with the host was flawless. They were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out late and even arranging a taxi for our airport transfer. This was our first visit to Belgrade, and without a doubt, we will book this apartment again on our future trips.

They don't have an ATM, so make sure to carry some cash with you. There is a parking garage very close(1500RSD/day), but since it is in the heart of town, you might have to wait a few minutes to find a spot

The apartment is very spacious and luminous. It could not be cleaner and gives an artistic feel. We stayed as Iruna (the smaller one) but it is more than enough space for a couple. It's located in the very heart of town. If you are travelling by car, it's easy to get in and get out (crossing Sava takes no more than 5 minutes).

If you're planning a visit to Belgrade, I highly recommend this place to stay. Throughout our interactions, they were not only kind and informative but also remarkably helpful and always in good spirits. It’s rare to come across such a blend of professionalism and warmth. As for the apartment itself, it has been designed with guest comfort in mind. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience. I am confident that future guests will be just as impressed with the level of comfort provided by Donostia & Iruña as we were. Nice apartment at a historical building. Location: couldn't be better - just at the heart of the city, 2-minute walk to the main shopping street, surraunded by lots of bakeries and lovely cafes. The appartment itself was exceptional! Renovated, ecquiped with everything you could need, even a usb-charger and UK-plug adapter. Some welcome snacks and selections of tea / coffee were beyond our expectations. Also a free-transfer from airport to the property was provided (subject to certain booking conditions). There’s no need to look for another hotel in Belgrade. This is a perfect place to stay even for a short trip. The location is great, close to main streets. It’s really clean and comfortable. The wifi works great. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. The bed was really comfortable. Also, Nikola is a great host who is there to help you with anything you need.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. It's located right in the middle of the city centre, so we were able to walk everywhere! We were welcomed by the sweetest lady. She also gave us a lot of tips on places to visit. The place was very clean and comfortable and had most of the basic necessities. Everything looked and felt modern and luxurious. Overall, I'd highly recommend this accommodation! If I ever need a place in Belgrade again, I'd definitely book this one. :)

Exellent and elegant apartment for staying in Belgrade. Modern, spotless clean, very well decorated with the most kind host you can imagine. Located in heart of the city, but still quite and peacfull. Every detail is on its place, there is not a single thing that is missing for perfect holiday or bussines trip to Belgrade. Easy to find, easy to chek in/out. Big bathroom with perfect shower, spaceous kitchen, big bedroom with comfortable bed.

Our host Gordana was very charming and polite and she introduced us to this great apartment! Nikola was also very kind in his communication with us! The Donostia and Iruna Apartments are located in a very central position, at the heart of Belgrade, a few steps away from the Knez Mihailova , 10 Minutes away from the Sava River and its bars and the modern public parking was also just 100 metres away- that was Very Important! But the Most Important? Behind the old but romantic facade- The apartment itself!!!! Great taste in decoration, very spacious for a family like us , very clean and with ALL the amenities you need, it made our stay in beautiful Belgrade simply perfect! After our long walks it was so relaxing to return to this apartment. We will surely recommend Donostia and Iruna Apartments to our friends and we are looking forward to come back !!!!

The apartment is in the heart of Belgrad center. Clean, worth for value, good size. Also the owner and Mrs. Gordana both them helped us real quick whenever we want. I surely recommend this.
