Reaching the reception by phone was challenging, requiring multiple calls. The hotel’s location, while central, was inconvenient for pedestrians due to cars cluttering the area around the entrance. The room service was lacking; after cleaning, they mistakenly took half of our towels and glasses. The cleaning standards were not up to par, with visible hard water stains in the bathroom and our clean pajamas left on top of the bedspread, which is unlikely washed for each guest. The spa area left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness, with debris visible in the pool water by evening and a generally unclean pool area. Additionally, the atmosphere in the jacuzzi was uncomfortable during our visit.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free, with detailed explanations provided. The breakfast was superb, featuring an extensive buffet with a wide selection of everything you could want for breakfast – pastries, yogurts, beverages (tea, coffee, juices), and a variety of hot foods like eggs, toast, salads, and cold cuts. The location was excellent, right in the center with easy access to parks, attractions, and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-equipped, containing essentials and more, with a kettle provided (although initially without mugs). Additionally, the massage services were excellent, providing a truly relaxing experience.

The furnishing of the rooms (at least partially) still reflect the 90ies. The corridors to the rooms are long and need to be refurbished.

Super friendly and helpful staff, I got an upgrade to a large suite and could check in early. The location of the hotel is excellent, the lobby and bar area are spacious and nicely furnished. Super comfortable bed.

The floor around the pool facilities was wet and dangerous; there is no rack or anybody to clean it. The hotel is a bit outdated, with old elevators. The receptionists were polite, but not very polite. I went to try the ground-floor bar outside, and nobody served me.

Excellent restaurant on the 10th floor, nice view. The pool was actually much larger than it seemed in the picture. Also, the fitness room was large.

Limited all day breakfast options and in general food items are limited for room service. Cleaning service is not to standard, common areas need refurbishment and bedroom lighting very poor. Hotel is not as central as needed in relation to the variety of F&B.

The staff are well trained, friendly, accommodating from front desk to concierge servicing was top notch.

I didn’t like the staff very much, they refused to cancel a reservation and refund of a friend that was traveling with me which was cancelled due to medical reason although booking were ok with not charging them.

The rooms could be slightly more cleaner. And the hotel is dated but we still enjoyed our stay.

The staff was incredibly kind and had positive attitude. They were very responsive to all our requests with big smiles on their faces. Location was also great. We managed to walk or taxi to everywhere. We enjoyed our stay.

Air in Belgrade is terrible, so ventilation in rooms needs to be good, and it is not. Rooms get quite hot, it air conditioning does not work. Smell in hallways of some very cheap masculine air spray was terrible same smell is in the shower gel and bathroom. So please bring your own, The smoking was allowed in the building because the bar is the place for gatherings. Dusty room needs every day all surfaces to be cleaned because the city is polluted. We had multiple issues in the room that needed to be fixed, but this went smoothly. The spa looks good in the picture but not that great. The gym is quite good I guess. Women are mostly serving and cleaning while men run the show, which is quite degrading. Employ more women on better positions.

The building is amazing, room was very big, bathroom was great… design old modern but cool.

They forgot to put new towels and new capsules for the coffee machine in the room. Even after asking for the “refill” the coffee capsules were not provided (but we were told they should have been)

The personnel are professional and truly friendly. The hotel has charm, you can feel it everywhere. Clarins toiletries are unbeatable! The building is beautiful and is in beautiful surroundings
