How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

I did not need but fridge in the room might be good. all was just fine.
I chose this place because of the location and facilities. So this was perfect. The breakfast was perfect for me too. Someone would maybe like some vegan food but than choose some other place. Staff was outstanding. room fully met my expectations. Bathroom, bed, tv...all perfect. Private and secure parking well organized. Quiet room. Rooms are not no smoking but still I did not smell any smoke.

The pavement before the garage is a bit too steep for low cars, can be difficult to get across without rubbing your bottom

Breackfast is quite good but there are no coffee, no tea. Coffee is available in the bar at receiption.
Hotel location is close to center. Room interier is good equiped and looks exelent.

Breakfast doesn't contain any coffee, you can only order it in a bar. Hotel parking is quite tight for a big car but it is nice that exists as there could be a big issue to park a car outside. Be careful - location is not really nice from a noise perspective. If you decide to stay on weekend - you will be listening to pretty loud music from the restaurants next to the hotel. Closed window and roller shutters don't help a lot. Also, I'd like to keep hotel's management attention to the fact that I payed more for the room comparing with a room price on Booking. We had to wait about 15 minutes to figure the issue out and refund extra payed amount. OK, mistakes can happen, but as a client I'd like to get apologies from hotel administrator but as a result money was refunded by barman while administrator was sitting with a stone face and looking at her smartphone...
The room was amazing with all you need. The rom was huge! It would be perfect to have a fridge but even without that our stay was perfect. Very reach breakfast, really but...!

The staff was incredibly warm and kind to my son and I. The breakfast was fantastic, the facilities are clean and comfortable. My son loved how soft the carpet is!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
AMAZING! THE BEST STAY EVER! I can't describe how amazing the stay at MK Premier has been. It's a brand new boutique hotel opened this month in August 2021. From the moment I walked in until I checked out, the staff has been amazing in accommodating us, making our stay EXCEPTIONAL. Underground parking available which was convenient for us to park our car in a busy part of the city. Just outside the hotel, you're in the heart of Pazar with great restaurants, and bars and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is 5 star excellent and I indulged with local dishes every morning there. The room has this amazing touch of elegance, luxury. Beds and mattresses were perfect, and I could enjoy a great sleep there. The bathroom is also amazing with great shower and all toiletries and little touches you could think of. Location is central in the heart of Novi Pazar. Internet wifi is fast and available. I'm blown away by the standards and quality of my stay at this hotel. I'm definitely coming back to MK each time I return to Novi Pazar and I can only invite everyone to stay there. Thank you for an EXCEPTIONAL stay there and for the kindness of all the staff.
