Good location , was working in Vlasotince and this seemed to be a good solution for stay.Also 24/7 service is great , a lot of parking space.Staff was pleasant and provided information that I needed.recomendation

The staff was not very service oriented, especially in the restaurant. They did not explain how the breakfast worked and when we asked they were rude and made us feel very unwelcome unfortunately. They don’t speak english everywhere, but the girl at the reception was kind and spoke english too.

Staff had lack of English knowledge so it was hard to communicate, especially at the restaurant.

The room was great. Clean and comfortable. They are open 24/7 so we didn't have to worry about check-in time. Staff was kind.

We had to take something from under the bed and there was full of dust:(. The fridge in the room was old and empty, not even a bottle of water.

Very good location and highway close. Good restaurant opened 24/7, nice surrounding, parking at the site. There is a supermarket close to the hotel. We had a very big and nice room with nice furniture, we really appreciated that.

Most of the staff speak english but not everybody.

Size of the quadro room almost like an appartment :) Our room was renovated with airconditioning. Big bathroom, high pressure in the shower. Many parkingplaces around the property. Restaurant open 24h, the food was very good! Great location near the new highway. We always stay here to rest for the night during our journey.

Not all employees speak English, they have no window blinds, so the sun comes in as soon as it sets on the sky making it difficult to sleep.

There was only one socket for the fridge, the TV, the Wi-Fi router . We had to move the table to connect the fridge to make it work. Nevertheless, it stopped working in the middle of the night. Some food got spoiled… another problem was with the 🚿

I like the location of this place, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the cleanliness is superb!

Room 216. Beds were very noisy, one of the beds is an actual folding armchair that was placed in the room for two persons to make room for two more kids. AC external unit is very loud. Very disapointing since 10 days ago, for the same price, we got a two bedroom apartment (room 202) with real and good beds. Try to park the car right in front of the restaurant. Somebody tried to steal the wheels from my car which was parked on the side parking spot on the left from the motel

This motel has really clean and comfortable rooms, warm and full equipped. We highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay for a night during a long roadtrip.

Smoking in the restaurant and rooms and by default smoking rooms. We were lucky to get one that smelled ok. The window was towards the back of the building and some smoke/exhaust came from there. Our room window was closed so it didnt bother us but could feel it in the bathroom.

Great location for am overnight stop. Good simple clean rooms. Great tv programs selection. Great restaurant and breakfast options.
