Hello, first of all, I would like to say that we were very pleased. The owner is very friendly and helpful, for example, we needed a hospital and he was very interested. The location of the room is central and within walking distance to everywhere. You can find bars, cafes, markets and pharmacies even on your street. The room was very clean and was completed with all needs in mind, such as kitchen utensils, iron, bathroom utensils. We left very satisfied without any problems for 7 days. If I come to Serbia again, I would choose this place again. Having Turkish coffee is also a great gesture, thank you.

The owner was super helpful, the apartment was super clean, and we were impressed with the space and the design . the location is few min walking from the Republic Square. we enjoyed every min there. it's by far one of our favourite accommodations, and we can't wait to be back . All good with apartment but if you’re willing to stay in the city center, be ready for a bit noisy nights at weekend.

Very clean, brand new, fully-equipped apartment just in the city center. Nice and friendly host, who is in touch for any question. Super-comfortable bed, big TV with Netflix, complimentary water and sweets. A few steps to the main pedestrian street, the apartment area is surrounded with shops, Aroma grocery is open even on Sunday. Perfect staying, thanks!

The apartment was clean and cozy. It really felt like home away from home. We loved the small details like freshly washed slippers and chocolates on the table. The place provides you with everything you might need like cooking utensils, coffee, shampoo and hairdryer. The hosts were also really nice and always answered us within minutes. The location also also central, close to many coffee shops, stores and restaurants. We can definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location, extremely clean and tidy apartment, everything is brand new, the bed is very comfortable, the apartment is provided with anything you need! The host is a nice and kind person, ready to answer your questions at any time! Had the best stay, can’t wait to be back!

Nothing that we would reduce the rating for! A couple of call outs the shower was automatically set to the haldheld shower head which pointed directly to the door so had to be careful not to turn the water on too quickly. The fan on the air-conditioner may need a service as it made a rattling sound.

One of the best places we've stayed in Europe. Booked this accommodation on the same day of check in and hosts were able to accomdate us within the hour! Very friendly hosts. On level 1 so easy access with stairs or elevator. Room itself was so modern and comfortable. Very large bed with heaps of comfy pillows and so much room to fit large suitcases. Great kitchen and dining area with so many lighting options with the addition of a large window. Drinks in the fridge, chocolates and instant coffee satchels.

Everything was just right.

Nicely appointed appartment, clean and tidy and in an attractive location in the hearth of the city. Željka was there to meet and greet. Very good value for money. We recommend N10 to all visitors who want to be based in the city centre, yet enjoying quitness of the pedestrian zone. Money well spent! Thank you Željka!

Staying in apartment N10 was a huge pleasure. We are often in Belgrade, but this apartment is a real revelation for us. In a beautiful location in the strict center of the city, but tucked into a quiet street, a real little oasis. Completely new, clean, beautifully arranged, comfortable beds, no noise , it is much more beautiful in nature than in pictures ... in short, a real little luxury. You have underfloor heating, an excellent bathroom with an excellent shower, then a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a set of new plates, glasses, hotplate, electric kettle, microwave, dishwashing machine. There are several varieties of coffee at your disposal, even cans of coke and bottles of water in the fridge as a welcome. But , the premium of all that is the beautiful owner who welcomed and hosted us as if we were her closest family even if we met for the first time. Not only did she warmly wait and host us, but she allowed us to stay for an additional 5 hours without compensation. For many years we have been using accommodation services through Booking, this was one of the few where the guest is much important to the host and not just as a profit. I recommend apartment N10 from the bottom of my heart, and my family and I will certainly be happy to return

There is no car parking but anyway, everything is within walking distance from the apartment. Grocery store 10 m away.

Everything is brand new, very clean, excellent location (the heart of the city at your doorstep) The owners are amazing and very kind people, at your service for any need.
