If not the best then definitely one of the best stays we had. The cottage is very comfortable, impeccably clean. The owner is very welcoming, eager to help and make the stay very enjoyable. Every day he would set up fire for us so we didn't need to bother with it. Also the fireplace warms up the place very nicely so even though we visited in the winter we didn't feel cold. We would recommend it over staying in Drvengrad, it's more authentic and cottages were actually old houses that were renovated. Also the host can provide interesting details about the area as his family lived there for generations.

The location is very beautiful and calm. Host is very very friendly. He helped us with barbecue and nicely shared bread with us (we forgot ours). Especially we enjoyed a wood stove in the house: its with glass and you can see fire. Definitely will go again next year.

Two families with four kids can easily stay in the houses. Backyard was beautiful. The owner is very helpful in advises what to see in the area. Everything was clean. Fully equipped for BBQ. Beautiful view from the swing.

Beautiful location set in the natural surroundings, quiet and relaxing but yet close to the road and Mecavnik. Hosts are great and they welcomed us with homemade raspbery pie and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again.

Absolutely, positively, hands down the best lodging in Mokra Gora! Very comfortable with two bedrooms upstairs and kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor, there’s everything you might need. In the warm months of the year keep your windows open at night to wake up to birds singing. A stone’s throw from Emir Kusturica’s Meçavnik and Šargan 8 narrow gauge railroad station this “apartment”, which is, in fact, a small bungalow, will be your home away from home during your stay in this beautiful countryside. If you make a reservation to stay here and actually use it you’ll most likely be lucky to meet the owner, a remarkable person, whose kindness, hospitality and willingness to help his guests would make your stay here unforgettable.

It was amazing! The house was really comfy and owner made us feel like home. Such a beatiful place with view of Drvengrad! For a place for dinner you will have to ride a few minutes into the touristic part of Mokra Gora

The host of this vacation home is amazing, just like the house I stayed in! We share some rakija in the evening and talked about a lot of things. In the morning he surprise me with a cup of coffee and homemade rakija, a really nice experience!

It would have been better to have stayed here for longer than one day. There is an amazing village nearby, which is close to the railway station and the neighbourhood is quite and amazing.

From the enchanting family of the grandfather to his wonderful son, to his adoring grandchildren, we loved every bit of this place. Our Serbian tour definitely includes this place in our hearts. It was amazing to see the hospitality of this amazing owner, who made us coffee and brought his grandchildren to speak with us about everything they had to share about their country. Having raised his grandchildren with great values, he should be proud of them. They recommended some places to visit and foods to try. What a beautiful garden he has. This place held a special place in my heart and soul. Those who have a plan to visit Sargan 8 should stay at this amazing house because it is very close to the Sargan Railway station.

Wonderful home with wonderful hosts, but could probably use a fresh coat of paint and some small upgrades to make it more comfy.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5 minute drive from the famous Sargon 8 Train. The cabin itself is adorable and overlooks a beautiful valley and small farms in a quaint village. The owner and his sons are amazing people and so friendly and hospitable! It is a very cozy and cute cabin with beautiful views and access to a beautiful wood gazebo overlooking nature with a traditional Peca outdoor oven and a table and chairs and a swing overlooking small farms. There was a parking spot large enough for our large American SUV. They also allowed us to have a late check-out and were helpful with everything. We would definitely come back to this beautiful cabin!
