How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It's not the owners fault. Someone was smoking in the house and it was difficult for me to live with it
Nice owners. There is a shopping center nearby and transport goes to the Old Town. There are places to eat and spend time. Good internet and TV

Nothing, everything was great
The area is perfect, lots of small shops, businesses and restaurants in the district, close to a big shopping mal, very close to New Belgrade business centers. The apartment is very spacious and has everything needed for life. Pets and children are allowed. The owner is really great and very helpful, answered all our questions and made the registration with local authorities process online

Convenient location, close to public transportation and to the shopping mall Delta City. Quiet building, but it can get a bit noisy around with traffic and garbage collection in the middle of the night. The host was very good at communicating prior to and around our arrival.

The speed of internet could be a bit faster. Cause when 4 people doing something on the internet, it gets slow.
Zoran was very kind and helpful to us. The apartment was shining. The location is perfect. It is 2-3 mins. walk to shopping center. Also, it is really close to some local markets and restaurants. The district is absolutely amazing. It felt like small city in a city. In the apartment there were enough equipments. It is a place which I will book if I visit Belgrade again.

The parking was very tight to put the car in.
The location was next to Delta City shopping Centre and very near to West65, Decathlon... New Belgrade has more spacious streets and not many tourists which we loved it.

Everything was just perfect! Very clean, the apartment has everything you need. All services within walking distance. Big shopping center is only 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend for families with children. There is a beautiful residential complex.

Not the strongest points: Although the apartment is equipped with almost everything you need for an extended stay, there are a few minor things that could be improved. After the Wi-Fi router replacement the Internet data connectivity is still not stable, a fiber-optic connection from provider is required. Some basic kitchen cutlery items are missing as the full kitchen set is limited. Also it would be great to see a capsule coffee machine in the kitchen. Some interior items, furniture and household appliances are assembled from quite budget components. But perhaps all these above will not be a critical point for other residents.
Strengths: The hosts are a lovely young couple, they are very sociable, helpful and always ready to help and advise. The apartment is located in a modern building with elevators and underground parking. The location of the building is in the new block of New Belgrade, called Belville. Near the building there are all possible shops, cafeterias, restaurants and services including a large shopping mall within a walking distance. The apartment has a living room, a separate bedroom and a kitchen, and it is equipped with almost everything you need for a long stay, including a dishwashing machine and a washing machine. There is a small balcony. The apartment is clean and bright.

The host was nice and polite. Speaks good English. The apartment was very good for the money we paid. Good location. A very big mall in two minutes walk.You can reach very nice embankment by walking (20 minutes or so)
