The restaurant was a bit smaller than expected. The facilities were made with materials on the cheaper side, so it was looking kind of old, even though it was on the renewed soon. The massage, which was advertised was not available, due to the masseuse/masseur was on leave, which suggests only one masseur/masseuse. The breakfast was a bit plain.

The hotel is clean. It has plenty of parking spaces and the room was quite big. The reception is open 24/7 and the people working there are smiling and helpful. As a smoker i appreciate that there are a lot of places for smoking. The rooms are smoker free, which again is a good thing. The hotel has a map with walking and driving distances to some of the landmarks in Nis, which is great for tourists

Breakfast is kind of limited to four options. Somehow I felt that the price of it was too high compared to what was offered. Coffee is charged separately. Other than that, no major issues.

Nice clean room in a peaceful environment. It's not in the city center, but we had a car and the taxi service was quick and cheap. The hotel still is our place to come to when we are in Nis.

It was a wonderful stay, the room was clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was very hospitable and pleasant. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels with our dog, we can admit it was one of the most pet-friendly we’ve encountered. We were very satisfied.

Although try are trying the hotel is still not totally accesible. There is pretty steep entry ramp, one step to the reception and dining area and disturbing threshold of the apartment entry door. Quite challenging drive through narrow streets towards hotel.

We got a huge and good equipped appartment. Parking was in front of the hotel. Nice view over city.

There was no hot water in the morning, the paint on the walls was coming off. The room was cold, but staff quickly fixed this situation.

Parking is a problem when the hotel is full. The streets that lead to the hotel are a little narrow.

Our unit could use a fresh coat of paint. Parking situation is not ideal, because a lot of guests take up 2 spots, but there was enough space for everyone. It is really far from the city center and especially since it’s located up hill. Breakfast is really basic, could use more things and some fresh bread.

Comfortable and spacious property with amazing staff. Breakfast was included in the price. They offered good and objectively cheap massage in house. Everything was clean.

Hotel is a bit far from the center and it's not the nice area to walk by foot, so you need to take taxi. Breakfast is very simple

We were told that restaurant should be open on our expected arrival time (10 PM) and even though we arrived earlier, it was closed - reason from the Reception was that the chef is sick, but no one wrote to us on Booking app to mention about this so we could stop on the way for dinner. Small refrigerator made big noise, so we had to unplug it. Quite noise in the morning, both from outside (dogs, cats, rooster singing) and also from other guest rooms. Coffee is from instant powder.

Quite spacious suite with nice view over the city. Clean room. Bed in the sleeping room was comfortable and even the sofa in the living room was acceptable. Breakfast (extra fee of 6 EUR only for adults) is OK but could be a bit more diverse. There is a large parking outside the hotel. Reception is open till late and personnel is rather friendly and speaking English.
