The room could be a little bit cleaner, especially the toilet. Also, there were no instructions on how to use some of the appliances in the kitchen which mad our meal preparation for the kids a challenge.

The location and view of the hotel was fantastic. The staff was very positive and tried their best to assist us with any of our requirements, which was great as we have two small kids.

The room was not cleaned. There was human hair and some parts of furniture was broken. You can hear everything trough the walls. The breakfast is poor.

In one of the rooms there were ants.

In the bedroom they need blackout courtain because we couldn't sleep because of the sun.And to give more attention to cleaning.

For a longer stay, it could be useful to have any shelves in the wardrobe and hangers in the bathroom for towels, especially when you are 3 persons.

The room smelled smoky at times and it was too cold to open a window. We couldn’t seem to find a comfortable temperature despite using the radiator and AC unit. The shower was quite small but other than that, all was great.

The staff was great and got us checked in right away and offered help to see some city sights. We had some drinks at the bar and the staff explained about breakfast and showed us the gym. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. Everything went smoothly.

Heating is poor, especially in the bathroom. Bed matress is very hard. Seams that the whole object has unfinished detials.

Best place for a family out from the city center. Nice professional massage even through you require pre-booking.

We booked double-bed room and we got a mini sweet 😁 the room was clean, warm and spatious enough for two people with a terrace. The location is close to the city with a car or a cab and the neighborhood us very quiet. The hotel overall was clean and although we didn't got the room with a view you still get to enjoy the view when you arrive at the hotel or while drinking coffee outside on the therace on a sunny day. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I don’t believe there was anything I didn’t like about the property except maybe the showers are a little difficult to work but the water was warm and it was plenty of pressure

Room cleanliness was not on point this time, there was an uncomfortable smell upon entering the room. Many furniture elements were broken or poorly fixed. In the morning, there was barely any hot water for a shower, and the shower cabin doors were broken. Even though the rooms are very modern and look brand new, it feels like they could use a few fixes.

Nis City View has a great location, with private parking lot right in front of the hotel. All rooms have amazing views of the city, since the Hotel is located on top of a hill. The staff are most welcoming and polite, willing to accommodate and provide help with anything a guest might need.
