Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaRoom was not very clean. I found dust all over the floor together with the bug. Carpets are ready to be washed. Make up stains on hairdryer. Toilet, I must say, was clean. Also, windows are not soundproofed, so if you get a room overlooking the bus station it will be chalenging for you to fall asleep.
Location is very convenient. Especially if you go by train since it is just opossite of train station. Employees are very professional and helpful. That's something that adds most of the value for this place.

NetherlandsThe walls of the rooms are extremely thin, I felt like I was a passive participant in the grownup activities of the neighbouring hotel guests. Like with many building/hotels and other facilities in Serbia, there were of course things that were dysfunctional. I could not call for the elevator from my floor, showering ended up flooding the bathroom, and a few minor issues around the hotel that didn't bother me as much as the first two issues. I was also surprised to hear that when I called the Room Service that I got a rather unfriendly staff member telling me that there will be no Room Service. Why have a whole menu in the room if I can't order it?
Right across the central station (bus & train) it was a hassle free arrival into Novi Sad. The rooms are spacious, clean and they have no particular odour to them. The latter shows that they put in effort to timely replace furniture, sheets and blankets. This is commendable giving the price range and the age of the hotel.
