We were in need of an in-room electric kettle or some hot drinking water. That will be a good option or at least a common-use water dispenser for drinking hot/cold water. A good example is Singaporean hotels.

That was above our expectations and fresh and with a good choice of healthy dishes.

Decent but does not justify the 4* rating. Not much choice fpr breakfast, furniture clean but worn out, mold in the shower cabin....but it's comfortable and spatious, the room had a big balcony.

The bed is a little small, the inventory is a little bit old but not damaged, the hotel is not at the city center.

The bed not so comfortable for me.The hot water not being so hot(but sufficient), maybe all were taking a bath at the same time. I forgot to mention it to the front fesk,so it's not their fault.

Room was not very clean. I found dust all over the floor together with the bug. Carpets are ready to be washed. Make up stains on hairdryer. Toilet, I must say, was clean. Also, windows are not soundproofed, so if you get a room overlooking the bus station it will be chalenging for you to fall asleep.

Location is very convenient. Especially if you go by train since it is just opossite of train station. Employees are very professional and helpful. That's something that adds most of the value for this place.

My one disappointment was that the sauna wasn't working.

Hotel seems to be a little bit archaic. A renovation would help a lot to bring up an appeasing design, cleanliness, outside soundproofing and overall room value. Breakfast could be a little bit better protected from flies.

Good free parking, value for money, ok breakfast. Next to the main station.

The hotel needs renovation This is not a 4 star hotel! Maxim 3 stars at best... The room for smokers need chairs on the balcony. Not worth the money....it's very expensive for what it offers...

The walls of the rooms are extremely thin, I felt like I was a passive participant in the grownup activities of the neighbouring hotel guests. Like with many building/hotels and other facilities in Serbia, there were of course things that were dysfunctional. I could not call for the elevator from my floor, showering ended up flooding the bathroom, and a few minor issues around the hotel that didn't bother me as much as the first two issues. I was also surprised to hear that when I called the Room Service that I got a rather unfriendly staff member telling me that there will be no Room Service. Why have a whole menu in the room if I can't order it?

Right across the central station (bus & train) it was a hassle free arrival into Novi Sad. The rooms are spacious, clean and they have no particular odour to them. The latter shows that they put in effort to timely replace furniture, sheets and blankets. This is commendable giving the price range and the age of the hotel.
