There is a commission if you pay the hotel fee by credit card. They are very flexible as you can pay also in cash in Euros or Dinars (even in instalments) - but it would have been nice to know this before we arrived so would have brought just cash in Euros.

Great location - you can walk to all the main attractions. The rooftop patio was amazing. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. It was my wife's birthday while we were there and they decorated the room with balloons and gave her chocolate as a gift.

Greatest possible location -the very centre of the centre of the city- and still very quiet rooms because they are high above street level. I thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful view over the city (I used mu binoculars to explore). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but the rooftop terrace compensates for the lack of space. Very good quality WiFi and good coffee!

Location is perfect. The hotel (only one floor on the top of the building ) is simple, clean. Perfect for one or two nights. The hotel is in pedestrian zone so if you are coming by car, you have to park it in a public parking 150m from the hotel

The soundproofing of the rooms is not so good. And if you open the window, the sound of air conditioners in the yard are quite loud.

Great value for the price. The room was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. Excellent location on the main street in the pedestrian zone. The parking garage Obilićev venac is less than 200 m away. The hotel has a terrace with a nice view of Belgrade city. Good WiFi.

The hotel is located very central, close to all interesting places. At the same it is very quiet, the staff is nice and super helpful. It has a terrace with really nice views to the city. The hotel does not have parking but we personally left the car in a closed parking nearby (2 minutes walking from the hotel). The name of the parking is Garage Obilićev venac and it costs 1500 RSD per day.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was in an amazing location and we were able to walk everywhere. Before check in, we received a WhatsApp with a video showing us where the hotel is located. It was VERY helpful and made the check in process even easier.

There were some small problems that were not solved during our stay (4 nights),. First we got room 911. The curtains did not cover the windows, and the sun lighted the room very early . The bathroom door did not close properly. So we had to change the room after 1 night. We got another room which was better, but in this room, the bathroom door could not be closed at all, -I don't mean could not be locked, but was stuck open (it is a sliding door). But although we told the staff every day to fix it, it was not fixed.

The location is absolutely the best in Belgrade. The room was very clean. The hotel is new -6 months.

The location is great. The staff is polite and friendly. We had a small issue with our rooms, and they quickly moved us to different rooms and made our breakfast complimentary. Katarina on reception was really good during our visit and made us feel comfortable. Would recommend.
