I woke up a few times at night because of noise -either from refridgerator or water pipes (probably if someone else in the hotel was using shower/toilet)

Staff was very nice and helpful, bed was cozy, room well equipped, location is perfect. Breakfast was good and available from 7am

If you have a room on the second floor you need to carry your cases up stairs - no lift!

The location of this hotel could not be better. Situated on the main square in the old town, the most charming part of Novi Sad was right outside my window. Staff was friendly and kind. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I can recommend this place highly.

Everything was fine

Boutique hotel in a lovely neoclassical building, atmosphere and decoration are beautiful. It is right on the main square in Novi Sad, everything is walking distance it has the biggest reccomendation for location. Even if it is a historic building it has an elevator. Room is small and nice very comfortable and has a nice view. Breakfast is sufficient and it wasnt crowded so we could eat in peace.

View from balcony wasn't really a "landmark view", just a balcony where in the back you see the tip of a tower and breakfast options were a bit limited. (Maybe some basic pastries and some non porc meat options and some cream cheese would've been easy nice additions?)

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.Excellent property. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.Their restaurant which is the part of this hotel is also gorgeous.

The room smelled as if the building is experiencing plumbing problems, which others have noted but I didn't notice how regularly it was mentioned. It was suggested that I turn on the water to vent the smell, which I did and alleviated the smell for a little while, but then it eventually came back. Another downside is that the balcony is shared.

The hotel is in an ideal location. It is right on Njegoševa--steps away from the main square downtown. Stores, restaurants, shops, and a really pretty park are all within very close walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is also located in a beautiful building with lots of history and character. The room was modern and seemed to be recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room.

The bad small coming from the bathroom, I suppose problem with the sewage... They could do even better with interior design, pay more attention to details in order to get more elegant and sophisticated touch.

The hotel is relatively new and still finding it's feet and this led to some issues with background music not really been in background and my sleep was disturbed more than once. However, this was addressed by the helpful staff and I'm sure it's no longer an issue.

Despite a few minor issues they were quickly resolved by the friendly staff. The stay was comfortable and the location was great.
