My family and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Queen of Zlatibor, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We are a family of four, with two boys aged 3 and 10, and the hotel catered to all our needs perfectly. The room we stayed in was immaculate, incredibly clean, and felt brand new. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we were treated to a stunning view that made our stay even more special. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was impressive and greatly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous spa. It was a true oasis of relaxation with two swimming pools, one specifically designed for kids, which our boys absolutely loved. The hammam, sauna, and salt room were incredible, offering a serene escape for some much-needed adult relaxation. It was clear that the spa was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages. The delightful breakfast included with our stay was another standout feature. It offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied both the kids and us. Starting our day with such a wonderful meal added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The hotel also had a nice playroom for kids with new and nice toys, which our boys thoroughly enjoyed. It was a great space for them to play and unwind, giving us a bit of relaxation time as well. The hotel's staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warmth and professionalism contributed significantly to the overall positive experience we had at the Queen of Zlatibor. In summary, our stay at the Queen of Zlatibor was nothing short of fantastic. Balcony furniture is missing in the apartments, and something should definitely be done on the elevator operation algorithm. They have a very strange way of working.

Very good apart hotel, new, friendly staff. Spacious apartments. Breakfast is more than excellent. The prices in the restaurant are good and the food is very tasty. I liked the professionalism of the waiters in the restaurant, it's hard to find that nowadays. There are enough facilities for children and this is definitely a hotel for families with children. I would recommend this hotel.

Since this is 5 star hotel, there are simply few small things which you would expect to have, such as better room service, they do not have one, you can not call restaurant from the room, using their phone, you have to go to the restaurant and tell them to bring you stuff in. There was no bottle water or just small bag of coffee upon arrival, you have to go to the store and buy it, just info if you are coming late to be prepared. As I mentioned, terrace is beautiful but there is not table or chairs there so you will have to take it from the room. SPA is nice, but the water in the pool is cold.

Location is very good, it is not in the city center, but not too far, so you can still get anywhere easily. Rooms are big, clean, new and comfortable, with big terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. The stuff is amazing, very kind and friendly.

There are no any cookware in the room, so keep in mind that you need to bring your own if you want to cook. Also, thermostat in the bedroom is very bright and it’s hard to sleep with it.

The hotel is new and fresh. It was clean in the room, there are nice bathrobes that you can wear to a spa included into the price. We loved breakfast, there were a lot of different dishes.

Queen of Zlatibor offers you everything you need for a perfect winter holiday. The Apartment is fully equipped, Netflix, kitchen, extra large and comfortable bed, perfect heat system, floor heating in the toilet. Shower cabin is with strong water pressure and no leaking. The Staff behavior is on high level, very professional. Good breakfast, a lot of varieties. the Spa is with all the amenities you need. A lot of free parking places, perfect restaurant with normal prices. New and clean hotel, highly recommended. They are also pet friendly.

The hotel is new, very cozy, clean, and modern. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean, offering a beautiful view. The staff is very nice and polite, and the food is excellent, especially breakfast. The hotel's central location is perfect for a beautiful walk in Zlatibor. Additionally, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi and parking. The spa is very nice and clean. It also offers delightful animations for kids, providing a wonderful opportunity for parents to take a coffe break. :) Thank you everything was great! ⭐️ All 5 stars are well-deserved.

I presume the staff is aware of most of these things and they plan fixing them; still worth sharing the feedback and leaving concrete action items for improvement. * Check-in: we were able to check in only one hour after the advertised check-in time. I understand it was a busy period, but a 5-star hotel can't allow delaying check-in under no circumstances, just like they shouldn't tolerate late check-out if new guests are coming. * SPA: the SPA area doesn't seem to be sufficient for the hotel of that size. We were asked to book slots in advance because it was too crowded, and there was no mention of that limitation during on booking. Also, the time for kids at SPA is formally until 18h, but people were still bringing their kids after that time without issues. * Room: we could've smelled cigarette smoke in the living room all the time. It was probably coming from the other rooms through the exhaust hood installation or something like that (it was certainly not coming from the balcony). The room didn't have a safe, although it was advertised on booking; a receptionist confirmed that not all rooms have it yet and it'll be fixed soon. * Cleanliness: it was quite superficial during this (busy) period - towels were change and trash emptied, and that was pretty much it (e.g. no bed making). We found quite some hairs on the toilet's floor on the first day, and I found a few on the bathrobe that I took out of the sealed bag on the first day. * Parking: the current one can't really handle that volume of guests with cars. People were blocking each other at the parking. * WiFi: the internet itself seems to be good, but the WiFi signal can be improved in certain areas: it's good and stable at the reception/cafeteria, almost non-existent at the pool, limited in a room (at least mine).

The hotel is new, modern and nicely decorated. The same applies to the spacious apartments. The breakfast is very good, with a great selection of local products - especially cheese and meet. A la carte dishes from the restaurant were nicely prepared and tasty. The staff is kind and welcoming. The hotel was opened recently; having visited the other 5-star hotels in the area in their first months after the opening, this one is probably performing above the expectations. The price was reasonably lower comparing to the other luxury hotels on Zlatibor, therefore it was a good value for money. Still, there's a room for improvement and I trust they'll fix that and offer a proper 5-start experience over the next few months.

The weren’t things we did not like but we noticed one remark so there is little bit complicated to get floor that you need by elevator quickly because there are only two of them and capacity for each is not enough it seems. But there is only our personal opinion
