The owner is very friendly! The staff are all friendly and polite! ①I misestimated my arrival time (the bus ride was much longer than I expected) But the owner kept waiting for me and made me feel surprised and delighted. ②The owner's introduction was very detailed, energetic and polite. ③The owner is not impatient when encountering problems and has been actively solving them. This was our last stop and we didn't have much cash on hand. But they didn't accept credit cards and ended up accepting my cash from other countries. ④The room decoration is very lovely! I love that coffee machine. Small terrace. The bed was also very comfortable! The room was very clean! ⑤Excellent location! Right in the city center, easy to go anywhere. ⑥It's an old house, but it has an elevator. There is a gate to enter the residence, which is very safe! ⑦If you have any questions, the owner will respond anytime, which is very heartwarming!

Truly exceptional experience… Room was comfy, clean, quite and good climate. All you need is set inside of the room such as towels, shampoo, coffee, wifi even a little sewing kit also. The place is in a perfect location with really good safeness. And special thanks to NINA. she is the best host ever. She helped us everytime with a big smile and made our trip marvelous. I would stay in that room if i visit Belgrade again. Hundred percent recommended.

No access to drinking water. No cleaning in the rooms, but I guess this is not a regular hotel so it's not in the concept.

Very good location right in between all of the main landmarks. It is not a hotel, but a room in a regular building. The host is very friendly and ready to help. The room is quite beautiful, spacious and modern, bathroom is nice as well. A capsule coffeemachine with capsules was quite on point (although there was no water to make coffee in it right away).

Unfortunately the fridge was out of service during our stay but would be fixed shortly after.

Loved the apartment, the area, and the super nice host who was helpful in every way we needed. We also appreciated the coffee machine, all the English TV channels, and the comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.
