How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Everything OK, maybe it could be a little more kitchen equipement.
Perfect apartments for 3 families, you are separated, but still together. Apartment have everything you need for short stay, location is great, near Skadarlija and also other turist destinations (Republic square,Knez Mihajlova, Terazije, Kalemegdan...) are on walking distance. The owner always responded quickly, with good suggestions, especially about parking. All in all we had great time in always interesting Belgrade.

The location although great, is a bit of a walk to the main republic square (12 mins). However, there wasn;t really anything else to dislike about this place.
The room was very spacious and have a lovely open setting room. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed having a mini balcony outside my room where I could have my money coffee.

The apartment is small and so sweat, well-designed, everything is fine plus the balcony is so sweat. The host is very kind and helpful. Apartment is near the center and very close to the public transportation stations so if you travel Belgrade, I really recommend this apartment. Also apartment is clean bathroom is ok :)

Linens could have been cleaner.

The kitchenware (plates and glasses) wasn't clean when we arrived, but there was a sponge and soap, we cleaned it quite quickly.
Great location, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen! The appartment is next to a bus and tram stop, but also the central part of the city is only 4-5 minutes walk away. Also there are multiple bakeries in the area. Very smooth and easy check-in and check-out process, great WiFi.

Not the apartment, but the payment is only by cash payment there is no option to pay by card.
Everything was comfortable and clean the check in was self check in which was really smooth, bus station was 5 min walk which was helpful, and it is near some cool areas within walkable distance

The apartment was as shown in the photos. Check-in was smooth and easy. Communication with Nemanja was very good. The location of the apartment is excellent, just a short walk from the bohemian quarter Skadarlija, close to the city centre.

Absolutely everything! Location! Close to public transport, easy walking into town, grocery stores and markets close by. Size of apartment is way bigger than expected. Great amenities Host was excellent, very responsive and helpful!

Professional personnel with clear communication. Everything what do I need was in the room, very clean and cozy atmosphere for good price! It is much more better than hotel. And of course I like location in the city centre with local restaurants, supermarket in this lovely Belgrade♥️

Amazing host! Available to assist or answer all our questions. The apartment location was exceptional, 2 minutes walking distance from the famous street “Skadarlija” and within 15 minutes walk from “Knez Mihailova”. Apartment itself was clean, cozy and has all the appliances that you might need during your stay. Totally recommended!

I liked everything about this property. There was an easy to assemble sofa bed, a dining table, great shower, and lovely comfortable bed. The location was wonderful as I love Skadarlija and we were right outside my favourite pijaca! Can not wait to come back here again
