There's absolutely nothing that I can mention that I did not like

The whole thing was incredible! We had an amazing time in Belgrade, and this place has an outstanding location (2 minute walk to the Republic Square, which is where the walking tours leave from, for instance), the room had a lot of space, it was really clean and we even had a comfy balcony! We had a bathroom for ourselves, even though it was outside our room, but that was no problem at all. And a huge plus is how friendly and helpful the hosts are! They also provided us a list of places that they like to go, and we can totally recommend their local recommendations! Also Ivan provided us a great service to pick up form the airport and bring us there back, and the time with him was extremely pleasant! I can only thank you guys for the great time we had there! We will be back =D PS: as a bonus tip, right beside this place, there's a bar called Rakia Bar. Go there, enjoy some great drinks and conversations (Vulk, Lasar and Zoran are great staff and an amazing company!), and leave back home in the building next door =D

The room was very beautiful & cozy. The location was magnificent; it was right in the middle of everything! The room was extremely comfortable and spacious, everything had been thought of for our comfort. Ivan and his wife were extremely attentive and helpful. We felt as comfortable as staying at a good friend’s house. Throughout our five-day stay, they hosted us in a safe and comfortable manner, greatly contributing to our time being fulfilling and enjoyable. They closely monitored our needs and assisted us promptly. We are very happy that we chose Selection Rooms, it was a wonderful experience.

The room got quite a bit on condensation, but otherwise this hotel is really good value for money.

Ivan is the best hotel host I have ever experienced. He send us a guide on things to see and places to eat when we first arrived. The hotel is located just 2 blocks from the main shopping street and therefore super central. Small hotel, only 3 rooms with a small shared kitchen where you can make coffee, tea and heat up food in the microwave.

Ivan and Desa the hosts were amazing. Kind, helpful and lovely people. They offered to get my medicine when I became unwell and they left us chocolates and gifts as a birthday pressie. They also did airport transfers and trips very reasonable. Just amazing customer service.

Ivan was very friendly and helpful during my whe stay in Belgrade. He picked me up from the airport and gave me a very good summary about things to do in the city. Regarding the appartment, it was very clean and comfortable. It even had a fully functional kitchen where I could prepare my breakfest. Location was in the city center, so everything was very close.

Location is perfect. You can easily to go somewhere generally you will choose to walk. The owner are really hospitable. When the arrive to home Ivan give all of informations what you need and you can ask them all of questions regarding apartment and belgrad. They are really helpfull. Thank you again.

My only small complaint is that I couldn't open my window because it overlooked the balcony where someone was often smoking. However there was A/C so my room stayed a comfortable temperature.

The hotel has some nice amenities that I wasn't necessarily expecting, including a kitchenette with an espresso maker and streaming services logged in & free to use. The owners were very friendly & hospitable. Despite being in an apartment building the room was quiet at night.

Our stay at Selection Rooms was very comfortable and pleasant. Location is great, literally 5 minutes from Kneza Mihaila street. Hosts: Tessa and Ivan are very helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and cosy. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family:)

The apartments are clean and have everything that you would need for a comfortable stay in Belgrade. There is air conditioning and in the room I was in you have got a cable tv which has Netflix on!! This is prime location in the heart of Belgrade where everything is accessible and at your doorstep. To top this off Ivan and his family were always there to help with any advise , information about the local area and ensuring my stay was the best.
