We loved the taxi service organised for us by the host to and from the apartment. The host catered to our every need and was very quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment had lots of spare bedding, towels and amenities in case we ever ran out of anything.

The flat was clean but it could have been cleaner for my liking. The drawers and cutlery needed a little bit of attention as well as the floors. A good idea would be to offer bigger towels for the guest.

The apartment was of a good size. The bed was comfortible and the windows had shutters to pull down. The aircondition worked very efficiently and quietly. The location was close to the centre with shops like bakery, small supermarkets and a fruit market just round the corner. The Central entrance door had a very good Security system and it felt very safe.

The place is brand new. It has everything you can ask for. The owner is very nice and communication was amazing. It is located close to the central area of Belgrade where the night life is, but it's in a quite residential area. I strongly recommend booking this place.

The bathroom only had tiny towels (although many) for showering.

The flat was very spacious and modern, just like shown in the pictures. We appreciated that the hosts accommodated to us arriving quite late. Also, The self-checkout was very convenient. The neighborhood itself does not have much to offer, but the apartment is very close to the city center. It's good to know there's an ATM nearby, as you will need cash to pay for the stay, and also many businesses in Belgrade are cash only. It's worth to mention that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator.

The location is very nice and the host is very helpful and pleasant. You will have your privacy at all times and the place itself is very comfortable and everything inside works perfectly. There is a taxi station, a store where you can exchange your currency, and an ATM all in very close vicinity to the building. This was extremely helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Belgrade for a short or long trip. There was really nothing that could have been better or easier to get in regards to the accommodation.

The apartment is very cozy and clean. The location excellent, very central and easily reachable, close to losts of nice bars and restaurants. The keys pickup and drop-off was easy and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

The towels provided were a bit small. If you sleep in the living room, be aware that there are no shutters to block the sunlight.

The apartment is just as described and even better. Modern, clean and well-equipped! Located in Stari Grad, it's close to most of Belgrade's major landmarks. The host was very hospitable and answered every question we had at a moment's notice. Definitely recommended!

Enjoyed our stay at the Serenity apartment in Belgrade. The accommodation was exactly as it was described on the site and more. The host was super friendly and helped us with the settling in. Also the location was just next to Skadarlija (city old town) and less then ten minutes easy walk to the city center. I would highly recommend this place and gladly stay here again on my next trip to Belgrade.

Too small and too hot in the main room. Too many stairs.

The apartment was very clean, modern nicely decorated and the host greeted us in a friendly manner and on time. The location was excellent close to Stari grad, bakeries, market and shops. It was very well equipped, however we found it too small for the 3 of us. The 66 stairs were quite exhausting and the air con in the bedroom didn't reach the other room.

Sugestija da se obezbijede i veci peskiri. Bilo ih ie dovoljno ali samo malih.

Veoma dobra lokacija, dosta stvari je dostupno bez koristenja prevoza. Komunikacija sa vlasnicima je bila besprijekorna, brzo su odgovarali na sva pitanja i rjesavali sve nedoumice. U stanu je bilo sve kako je i navedeno, jako cisto.
