Hotel is relatively new. Stuff is very helpfull and friendly. Rooms are clean and on par with brand. Breakfast has everything one needs.

This is not my first time in the hotel, all the recommendations. Rooms are clean ancozy, the bed is very comfortable, we enjoyed spa (with no pool it's still quite good). Staff members are friendly and the breakfast has variety of options (even non-gluten bread which was important for me)

The only minor complaint we have were a few things with the room condition. The carpet had some burn holes about the size of a quarter which for this price point we did not expect. The curtains were also in bad shape and need to be replaced as the lining has a large number of holes in it which allow a lot of light through when they are closed which was definitely not expected at the Sheraton and is not a good look for the hotel brand. Aside from that, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were very nice.

The building overall is beautiful. The breakfast was good with a fair number of options, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion, so save your money there. Room service was amazing, a little pricey but that was expected considering the quality of the food was excellent. The staff definitely made our trip more enjoyable. They were quick to go above and beyond to help. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful with a special thanks to Jovan at the front desk, he was absolutely amazing. He was like having a dear friend as your personal concierge as he truly took an interest in us and made us feel like royalty. Thank you to all for making our trip very pleasant.

I went to Spa at 9-00 AM and it is was just the start of working hours and not all the saunas were warm.

Very nice, premium hotel near to the city center of Novi Sad. Great staff, very nice, also great that the hotel is pet friendly and even there is a special Do not Disturb sign no like “my pet is in the room”

Underground parking costs 10€/day, could be free for hotel guests. Restaurant is not pet-friendly - apart from that everything was nice!

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. The gym is well equipped and the SPA center is really great. There are two types of Sauna, one steam bath, a salt relaxation room and a nice jacuzzi. We also booked some massage (which was not included of course) and liked it. Breakfast is really great and the food is tasty. The hotel is pet-friendly for smaller animals and there is no additional fee to pay. Our room was on the third floor and there was enough space, it was also well equipped. Very comfortable bed. We will definitely come again when visiting Novi Sad, it was great!

garage is a bit small for such hotel so when you come in late there might not be enough parking. There is public parking outside but also a bit crowdie. good side is that staff will help you find parking

No better - but it would have been useful to have a shoe brush :) we have travelled for work and had some field visits - hence the suede shoes were dusted - I guess I could have asked though...

In terms of location it is a bit remote if someone wants to go a pied to the city centre or the fortress. Breakfast was perfect - had a very large selection of everything, nice coffee for a hotel. Room is big, lot of lights for each place - desk, bed, everything. Warm and cozy.

Smell of smoke, but it might be my issue, as I did not ask for smoke free room, not 100% sure. Breakfast was not included in the price, seems a bit odd.

Most comfortable beds in comparison to other hotels. Fast and friendly check-in and check-out, nice room, and amazing breakfast. The room was perfectly clean. Equipment in the room. Windows that you can open for fresh air.

We were there only for a short visit but check-in was slow, the elevators are confusing, parking garage was narrow and the parking spaces are weird, you get charged extra for parking. After our check-out we had to take the stairs down to the parking garage with all of our stuff and luggage (elevator was not working- at least the one that can take you down to the garage) it was honestly very annoying, don’t think this hotel was up to Sheraton standards. Location wise it takes at least 35min walking to get to downtown, but I would suggest taking taxi since getting out of the garage is a pain..
