Location. Staff. But breakfast was not good. No fresh fruit and food unfortunately. But everything else was fine. The water was not real hot but ok.

The location is very good. It is a nice hotel with nice and friendly staff.

I didn't like my short period of time for staying. 😄 It was so great I would go back at any time.

Charming and wonderful staff was there to make my stay pleasant. They were more than welcome to give me information about facilities, to guide me with types of services... Spa centar is a small but great, different types of massages will definitely make you relax. Rooms are spacious, enough space to put your luggage and not to bump into it during a stay.

I was looking for a quiet room, and I got a room overlooking a square that was noisy. The internet in the room was very bad. The room could be better cleaned. Improve breakfast. If you want to eat something, outside the regular offer, then you will have lunch/dinner in the lobby bar, which is a cafe and not a restaurant, so the ambience is not too pleasant, and the price of food does not match the quality.

The best hotel in the city, located in the very centre, overlooking the main square. Breakfast is very basic, and for that price, it could be a little more extensive. The hotel has a spa that is free for hotel guests. I stayed in a standard room, correctly clean, and not spacious enough. Good hotel for business trips, and shorter stay. The staff is generally friendly.

There is a real problem with the hotel parking. Staff says it is private, but everyone can access it and therefore it is often crowded. So if you arrive by car, make sure to reserve a spot in advance. In the hotel bar, staff is not very friendly or efficient. Service is very slow and they often simply ignore you in order not to have to serve you. This is not okay for a hotel of this category and with such (high) prices. The wellness and spa area was closed when I was there, with no prior announcement. So a good portion of the value of the hotel was lost.

The hotel is in the best possible location, right in the heart of the city. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious and clean, and the rooms that are of a good size and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has a good offer of foods, not to big but okay for a shorter stay.

Spa area is small and is basic with sauna rooms small. Pool also is small and has no function but to get wet. Hot tub is small also and it's not useful for massage. Also breakfast is too basic that you can eat in hotel of 2-3 stars.

Really poor food. A mini bar that should be included in the price of the room. If its not included it needs clearly stating so you don't get a nasty surprise when booking out.

It was too hot. I just cannot stand 28°C. The personel wasnot able to reslove this problem. On top of this window was broken and it was not possible to keep it open. So... way to hot and no posibility to open the window. :-) It is a bit of a joke, isnt it? Internet was aslo not on a level expectad in 21 century.

Great location and great service. Hotel is stationed in city centre and it offers a free parking place. It is cler and it offer solid breakfest. They have nice little spa which I used daily.

As a heavy consumer of hotels and their services, I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Sloboda in Sabac, Serbia. The misfortune started almost instantly, their advertised adress is Trg Sabackih zrtava bb, Sabac 15000, but in point of fact the main reception and car park is actually on Kneza Milosa in Sabac some 1500m away in sat nav terms. Upon arrival the security barriers to the carpark didn't work nor did they for the entire stay (bearing in mind this is a 4 star hotel according to marketing litrature). At reception I was asked to pay for the entire stay immediately, and advised as to the location of my room, with no assistance with my luggage. When I arrived at my room it was substantially smaller than expected and the window closed which surprised me as covid practise suggests windows be left open to allow any virus to escape from a confined space. The bathroom was cold and the bathroom radiator was inadequate to heat the room. As I was there in a working cappacity, I was surprised at the lack of plugs in the room to connect my equipment coupled with the lack of availability of an ethernet connection. While working I ordered room service, the food was ok, I was abhored at the waiters insistance entering the room to deliver the food, again good practice in a covid situation should have been for the food to be delivered to the room, the waiter to step back and for me to bring the food into the room while the window was open and this was the first day. You won't be surprised that much of what is described took place on all of the preceeding days.
