The rooms were not having a very good sound proofing and there was a little bit of noise from the other guests.

The location was very good, walking distance from the main objective. I like the vibe, the cosy atmosphere, the personal which was very helping and the breakfast which was really amazing.

Can't say that it's a big cons, but it was tricky to charge phones - there were no sockets near our bed. It was kinda loud downstairs until 11pm, but I'd still recommend this place.

It is something like a boutique hotel. All tourist attractions are nearby because it's located in the old city center. Excellent service for its price. Very comfortable room. Check in and check out were flexible, we were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier. They also cover city taxes. I'd definetely stay next time.

Great location, beautiful building with a very clean and relaxing room! The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. It was a nice touch. The downstairs area with the hip bar/restaurant added character and created a nice atmosphere.

There's a trendy restaurant downstairs that can get very busy at times so, soundproofing could be improved accordingly. Rooms are officially non-smoking but, as indoor smoking is allowed everywhere in the city, including in the restaurant downstairs, unfortunately, there was something of a cigarette stench in the room.

Great location for sightseeing, restaurants and nightlife. Friendly staff. Comfortable room which is also tastefully decorated.

Always a good solution to be in the centre of Belgrade and well connected to various city areas. The place is at the same time lively due to the restaurant downstairs, but calm and well isolated upstairs. Room is big, clean, functional.

Because it is in the city downtown, it has more city noise, but not after midnight.

The location is close to the main Belgrade tourist attractions. The restaurant has a lovely garden patio and has excellent meal options. It has enough room in closets for clothes if you are staying longer. They cleaned the room, changed towels daily and arranged airport transportation that arrived on time.

A wonderful place - friendly, accommodating, staff; lovely, well-appointed rooms; great location in a social neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants and bars close by, but still quiet. It’s a really inviting, welcoming space - so much so that I kept extending my stay!

Charming and always welcoming, with a helpful and friendly team, in a beautiful old building with a youthful character and lovely light airy rooms. Fantastic food, lovely garden... and in the middle of the old town. Lovely!

Hipster place with a beautiful garden cafe (this is the only Smokvica which is also a hotel, but there are 3-4 more Smokvica cafes around Belgrade, all pretty, all with a fig tree and stone/ garden vibe + industrial cool decor inside).

The shower in room 1 didn’t work so well and the bed was quite squeaky.

Quite noisy as the restaurant downstairs works till night and you can hear music and the other neighbours.

The location is nice, everything is in walking distance. Unexpectedly rooms are really clean and the overall experience remains you home stay - so cozy style and friendly atmosphere. Would love to be back

The stairs throughout the property, it was a little difficult carrying up large suitcases, but I’d say this is common in the area.

A lovely room in a beautiful location. The B&b is located within a beautiful venue. The room was very comfortable with great facilities.
