There's no kettle (but it's OK, there's a microwave oven). Neither I saw a toothpaste/toothbrushes. I wouldn't use them anyway, I just tell this for future guests, take yours.

I'm impressed how everything was thought through here. The apartment is super clean, and besides that, no detail was missed. Wifi, 2 TVs, kitchen with coffee maker, gift bottles of water. Even an electronic fireplace that I admired a lot. The view is nice and if needed the windows cut the noise out. The hot bathtub is shiny clean and it works. Near the apartment there's a coffee shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, Idea shop (and kids playground in the yard). The host was very friendly and patient. It was no trouble to get the keys and to move out.

Topla preporuka! Od svih spa apartmana u Beogradu, po mom mišljenju, nema boljeg. Vlasnici su divni ljudi, spremni da izađu u susret svim zahtevima gosta. Pored toga što je lokacija odlična, u moderno projektovanom apartmanu sve funkcioniše besprekorno. Uložen je veliki trud u detalje i održavanje je na vrhunskom nivou. Garažno mesto je dobrodošao bonus, obzirom na večiti problem beogradskog parkinga. Iskreno se radujem narednoj poseti! :)

It is facing very busy intersection, so during night and early morning passing cars and trams can be heard clearly in the bedroom even with the windows closed and shutters all the way down .

The apartment is decorated with good taste . They payed attention to the smallest details. It was sparkling clean . The photos are describing property very good. It is a brand new building with garage underneath.

Absolutely nothing!! Great people deserve all the credit

Wow! Just wow! Had a memorable two week stay and must say I feel satisfied to the core. Listing down the pros 1-First and foremost, hosts were insanely hospitable. Always available as a family would assist their near and dear ones. Be it small queries on transportation to assisting in payments for PCR and then testing, from arranging day tours to Novi sad to airport transfers; the host Stefan didn’t leave any stone unturned to help us out. Simply outstanding. Kudos! 2-Modern highly equipped appartment which has everything one may need for stay of any duration 3-Proximity to minimarkets, supermarkets, cafes, tram/bus stops, fitness centre places this to be an ideal location. City centre is short ride away via tram (tram stop just below the appartment) 4-Away from noise of the city yet not so far, one can choose the pace one wants to live on a day 5-Spacious interiors with balcony and decent size bathroom. Modern electric appliances! Words don’t do justice to the care we got from Stefan. We ll be staying in touch Cheers!!

The only lower mark I gave is about question "How quiet was your room?". The neighbors just repaired their bathroom, so there was noise. But, it was very temporary problem.

Completeness and quality of this apartment by far exceeds quality of any room you can expect in five stars hotel. The location is great for our needs, near city transport, shops and food restaurant and Covid-19 vaccination site. There is safe garage place. Brand new building. Equipment of this apartment looks like imaginations of the future world from SF movies of eighties (whirlpool, digital kitchen, wall mounted TV, bed with light show, air condition, big refrigerator, safe, door with camera, elevator to garage ...). Željko and Stefan are good hosts and easy to contact.
