Surprising that a hostel in urban area doesn't accept credit card payments. Also a bit annoying with only 14:00-21:00 when most things to do in Novi sad are outside the city

Finding the entrance was a bit difficult with a car. More signs for entrance would be nice.

Really nice place and well mannered staff. Definitely a place to stay for a couple of days to enjoy this beautiful city!

Not enough lockers for everyone, don’t fit backpack or bigger item. Makeshift curtain cabinets for clothes. No bug screens in windows Very small fridge & dirty inside. Very little table space to prepare food if someone is already cooking or eating. Very small dish drying rack with what looked like a dirty towel underneath. Staff empties the smoking tray to the kitchen garbage can which makes kitchen smell awful Some mattresses are very flat and you can feel the wooden parts while trying to sleep

The mattress is soft, it’s good for me. The 2 toilette and bathroom are besides to the window which don’t have curtains, the privacy is not enough. And I booked a bed in the night, but the owner refused me in the morning without explanation. Maybe the bed is not available? But If the bed is not available, you shouldn’t put it in the website. And one hour after refusing me, the owner put one bed available again in the website. So I am very confused. Even though I think this hostel is either good or bad, which means it’s average. But I will never book it again, anyway, you have many other choices in the booking.

Nothing, was all good!

Comfortable bed, spacious room, really friendly staff. Kitchen was clean and had basic cooking things. Small balcony was nice too. Pretty easy to find, just behind the theater. Also close to attractions and shops.

Probably the best service I have had in all the hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe. It’s a short walk into the centre, right outside the bus station, nice kitchen and bathrooms.

Mattresses were too soft so I could feel the wooden slats of the bed.

It is a nice hostel close to the old town of Novi Sad. The people were friendly and helped me to find a bus. Good value for money. I would definitely come back here.

Not the most social hostel, with some people living there. Also, the room was quite hot during the night.

Bedroom beside a noisy street , you can hear the traffic booming all day long . Very hot ,no aircondioner .

There was a balcony, but there were people smoking there all the time so you didn't want to go there. Also it smells like tobacco inside. The hostel is small. The hostel worker was collecting money from guests in the evening with only boxers on. Not very professional. They didn't have any maps of the city or tips where to go.

Good price, and ok value for the money. Location is ok, cleanliness is ok in the hostel. Kitchen and a possibility to do laundry was nice.

my bedstead is to short. when I sit down in my bed, my head reaach the upper bead. so, I cannot sit down in my bed even for while because I got buttom bunk

It's a nice hostel right in the center. It's really clean and the bed were comfortable. Also the employers have been really nice to me. The best thing was the free private parking place just by the hostel, which is very rare to find in the center of Novi Sad. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back for sure!

Very friendly and helpful personal. Amazing location, literally a minute from the centre. The building looks quite old from the outside because it has some historical value a needs to be repaired by the government (as the owner explained to me) ,but it has a very nicely renovated interior and the price is an unbeatable bargain!

At weekend it was a little bit noisy on the street. And with historical window it was not too comfortable to sleep. No beautiful views from window.

Incredible friendful personal, helped me with my visa problems. Bought some stuff that we asked like electric stove, clothe boxes and etc. They have free parking places and it's closed for the night by gates. There are an interesting balcony where you can get a breakfast.
