Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BulgariaIt’s our 3rd stay in this hotel and maybe the last one as the situation is getting worse and worse. Old bed linen with holes, old towels, terrible noise every time when you want to switch the hot water. Breakfast is not in a free buffet anymore any we were obliged to wait a lot. Only Turkish or Nescafé is included.

RomaniaI didn't like the hot water system at the shower and that the sink had no hot water, and also i would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. Also I got so used to the no smoking inside rule, now i find it odd when I see someone smoking inside in a country where it is permitted (it's not a fault of the hotel).
I liked the location, the parking, the large room, the nice furniture and the receptionists.

I informed them know but they told me this is new technology( but I believe they need to fix it) the wifi signal wasn’t good and I had to 3 times ask them until they gave me correct information
