Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LatviaI wouldn't recommend eating breakfast there, especially considering that you have to pay extra for it. The choice is very poor and the coffee is just bad. Better find a coffee shop nearby. Also, I had only one pillow and quite a small blanket.
The location is good - close to the river and to the nice neighborhood of Zemun with a market and a lot of restaurants. It takes 15 min by taxi or by bus to get to Belgrade's center. The staff was very nice, trying to help me with all my requests.

Location ok, situated in the very pitoresque region of Zemun, with easy acces in the whole other regions and attractions in Belgrade. Triple room spaciouse, but a little bit of updating for the paint/carpets seems to be necesarry.

Romaniaon the description you see: 'valet parking, free parking' which made me believe the property has a parking, but in fact you have to look for a parking place on the street, sometimes you are lucky to find a place near the hotel, sometimes not, which is not very pleasant. the hotel does handles parking payment on a daily basis
Overall it was ok, clean, a nice experience. you can see the place is renovated and not new, there are some details that reflect the 'old' ( the bed lamps did not function, one of them had missing the button to turn it on; the toilet drained non stop if you did not press the button very fast, the extra pillow had some yellow stains on it)

Netherlandshotel is renovated , but still is missing some maintenance. Our plans did not work, but this is easy to fix. adding additional towels will be nice and towel for floor in the bathroom.
it is good location, it’s on the Main Street in Zemun and just few mins to New Belgrade. if you want to stay in city center of Belgrade this is not your place , you will need around 15 min to center.

RomaniaNo food or drink facilities available 30/12 to 3/1, no breakfast except in the excellent Thyme cafe opposite, but that was closed for 2 of the 4 days we stayed over new years weekend. No tea/coffee available anywhere in the hotel. Room is only cleaned before you move in and after you move out, which is fine as we are not messy anyway. Heating is tricky to understand but works fine when you know But a drinks or coffee vending machine would add a lot more happy reviews. Distance to town is 4km or so. Zemun itself, where the hotel is, is very quiet, mostly residential.
Great value for 2 people sharing. Clean rooms, very functional.

Very friendly and helpful reception with good English speaking skills. Quiet room, except when people in the hall very noisy it was like they're almost in your room.
