Check-in is stated from 2 pm, and they texted me to double-check our arrival time. However, the room wasn't ready even by 3 pm. There is a sign showing the rating 9 on Booking, which they apparently had only back in 2016. It's very cold in the bathroom (we were traveling in winter), even when the room heats up from the A/C. There is no public source of drinking water, nor is there any tableware in the room, even glasses. Bedside lamps have broken lampshades. "Regular taxi may be late, but if you take our transfer to the airport, the car will definitely be on time" they said. Guess what - it wasn't.

bed cover had stains like from blood which was pretty much disgusting. one of the towel was stained too. the bathroom was flooded every time I took a shower because the shower is leaking somewhere. there were not enough towels in the room. there was a lot of hair from previous guest on the floor and all over furniture like the chair for example. reception area had some weird smell. staff at reception was nice but when I came to check in it was a bit weird as one of the cleaning staff was sleeping in the chair next to the reception. a bit awkward, it was 7pm.

Oh boy, where do I start. I honestly don't know how this hotel got 4 stars, I usually need a bare minimum from a hotel I'm staying in but this one really surprised me. First and foremost, the room was very dirty, unbelievably dirty for a 4 star hotel, huge discrepancy between photos and reality. The shower was leaking each time after use, the cabin was moldy. There were issues with the wiring - each time I turned off the main lighting there were weird clicking sounds for like 5-10 minutes, some electronic box above the door would give off low humming noise until I'd push the box but the humming noise would return the next day. The towels have seen better days. The wifi would straight up stop working if I moved my laptop or phone towards headboard, like there was a magical line right in the middle of my bed that would kill the signal when I crossed it. If I wanted to use wifi I had to sit near footboard. The is no fitness center in the hotel, I don't know why it is listed among the facilities.

The day reception staff is the only shining star of my stay here - very friendly and helpful. Also the location is nice - big park on the riverbank is nearby as well as cozy cafes and restaurants.

It's nothing like on photos. You get only one pillow, one towel and that's it. No kettle, no cups, no bottled water, no shampoo and extra towels. Very dirty rooms with stains on carpet and walls. No breakfast, it isn't even an option. Some rooms have a wall instead of a view. Key card doesn't work, we had to use regular key. Not all lights are working. It looks like it was a good option some time ago. But maybe owner or management has changed, and now I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointing.

Bathroom shower not fixed to the wall correctly and water leaked through he shower enclosure onto the main bathroom floor. Patrick of the architrave was missing on the bathroom door with a 1 inch gap between the frame and the door. Filled with foam filler. Night reception staff are never around but sleeping in a room close to reception. There is definitely no free parking available as advertised but the hotel which I did request in advance. They also overcharged me for my stay despite messaging for a refund of the difference.

the most pathetic excuse for a breakfast ever produced by anyone. Did not even have coffee at breakfast and the teabags must have been siting there sine before covid. it also looks like no one updated anything there since before covid. Seems that whatever goes wrong/gets broken is just left there to hang. Staff more interested i their mobile phoned than clients. I was initially surprised by the low price for the rooms and now know why. I stayed in that hotel some 4 years ago and it was a very decent hotel with decent staff. No it looks like someone bought it who has no idea how the hotel should be run. actually it feels like whoever owns it has never even been in a decent hotel. a great pity a it has great location. new management desperately needed to bring this great place to the former glory . Extremely disappointing!

Bed was comfortable. Bus station is very near. With the bus you can get city center easily. (Nobody paying for bus , it is interesting :) Staff is helpful. They are trying to help you if you need something. Reception lady made coffee for me :) I will highly reccomend. I will absulultly choose this place again.

One of the worst 4* hotels i’ve stayed in. First, the room definitely needs renovation, there are spots all over the carpet and the bathroom is old and dirty. Shower is broken, toilet seat is broken and bathroom smells bad. Second, there is no drinking water (and you can’t even buy it in the hotel, you have to walk across the street to get it). Third, wi-fi didn’t work 50% of the time. There was NO BREAKFAST and restaurant didn’t work. I can’t say that this was the worst stay in my life but this is definitely not a 4* hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel does not live up to the expectations, the photos suggest. The rain showers don't work (we even changed rooms because of that, but didn't help), the showers flood the bathroom, electricity is only available on some sockets – that was in the second room – (so my cellphone didn't charge over night) and even the outer wall above the window was a bit unfinished. We asked to fix the shower, as we hoped it was a problem with the first room, and were told that they would do so, but nothing was done, when we came back. The next night we asked for the room to be made, by hanging the sign out, because we would have appreciated a fresh shower mat, after it was soaked because of the shower flooding the bathroom, but nothing was done. There is a lot of wanna be about this hotel and unfortunately nothing of quality.
